我呢個月月頭,因泵奶關係所以停左做yoga, 12號先開始番做左兩堂.上星期又腸胃炎又去廸士尼,所以只做得一堂.本來今日帶晒衫諗住去做,點知發覺今日條裙好透,係現底底果隻,所以唔敢行咁遠去做yoga,唯有friday lunch上kapil果堂hatha power.希望唔會堂場x弊.

下個月會正常番lunch去上yoga.

亞女逢星期6上午上phonics,星期日下午上music.music冇話返到幾時,係non-stop的.phonics一共有12個modules,佢而家先係上緊module 3,如果開得成班,起碼學到k3至p1.下個月開始,亞女星期日上午會學埋畫畫.

點解亞仔要二月先去馬交?因未安排到托兒所?

just tried hatha oorja. ooohhhhhh, so tired, maybe because i haven't practised regularly lately, or maybe because it is really difficult for my level. Don't know, but i will say, although difficult, i'll try to attend more hatha oorja in the future. And, i think i'll only practise hatha oorja more for the time being, because Kapil just said that hatha oorja is already easier than hatha power

... i think it's not yet time for me to try hatha power now.

我響度呀. 點呀, 上左oorja 啦? 覺得點? 我都好like 上呢堂架. 你唔係話上hatha power 架咩?

我今朝上左堂kundalini. 本來諗住星期六上1.5 hrs 果堂hatha, 點知尋日唔記得book... 而加full 左啦. :-( 於是book 左hatha poorna. 跟著就有排都冇得上堂啦. :-(

呀仔二月先去, 係因為我一月過去settle d 野先囉. 而加間屋又冇電話線, 又冇上網, 又未搵人清潔...

Very busy these few days as take days off to take care of heib... now at home.. she is playing herself so I can online for a while.

No time to do yoga... :-( but tonight will go for dance at 9.45pm, new song.... anyone will join?

感覺好辛苦，我成件３同底底濕晒，從未出過咁多汗．但又感覺好正，因覺得佢包含左ｈａｔｈａ　ｙｏｇａ既ｓｔｒｅｔｃｈｉｎｇ同其他pose,有d似patanjali既提升版.

hatha poorna又係d乜呢?

你而家係咪打算every weekend番hk做yoga?
