不過我唔知道個流程是否如下 :
1) 訂機票日子(kam我唔知入境處何時完成手續, 我唔可以 先訂機票, 到時先訂會貴d law, 想問點安排?)
2) 入境處辨手續
3) 菲律賓領事館攪OEC

4) 佢回港日就是新合約開始日

如果佢放大假期間有一日勞工假期, kam需唔需要加多一日佢個大假呢?

I want to hire new bun bun and she will finish the
contract on 8 Apr, her current employer did not
let her leave early and tne release letter will give her until she finish contract. so that I cannot process the
contract with her, her visa the last date is 8 Apr, so
I don't know I have a time to process and is it after 8 Apr she must leave Hong Kong.
Can you please kindly advise what can I do and did I need to wait her release letter to process to immigration.

ANS:{NO WORRY, you can process without released letter and no need to wait until April, just go ahead to process the contract, after contract released submit to Immigration apply the new working visa, Immigration only request to have it before the new visa released, not now.}

如果第一天上班日係28/1,咁出糧日應該是那日?
ANS:{最好係31/1，出左28- 31/1既人工先，然後每月最後果日出糧就最清楚}

用何種方式出糧較有保障?
ANS:{任何方式都可以，最緊要係要工人簽收及保留收據}
