Nice to meet u all! I think being a full time mom is the most tough but most enjoyable "career" in the world. I've never been regret for this decision. It's so happy to see our babies growing up.

Both the Chinese and English name of your baby sound like Japanese! Very beautiful!

I've not been to KinderU before, but heard many positive feedback from BK mom. It is also the official agency of GD product. I've talked to the owner before, who has attended the 1 week GD course in USA before. She said that some parents attend the playgroup 5 days a week. But i think it's too expensive!

Besides, applying the GD theory, parents are the best teacher and flash card should be used every day. Therefore i recommend u could teach your baby yourself and using playgroup as the supplement. However I think i may try the Mandarin class later cause my mandarin is very poor.

I've called New IdXX today, they said that the 機靈狗 will be arrived next week. The box set at Causeway Bay shop should be belonged to others! ?-( ?-(

Long time no talk la! Miss little Tasha very much. Don't be too upset about the flash card. As Tasha is in a stage of high mobility. Most toddler seems to loss interest on flashcard. May be u could try babyso method caused desktop is flashing fast enough and Tasha may not be get bored easily. Or just flash one card a day. Or just stop for several months.

Good news that your new maid is arriving, so that u could relieve for a while.

Lam Lam hasn't recovered yet, instead she is worse after visiting the doctor twice. She keep having fever at midnight but is absolutely alright at day time. She has runny nose and cough heavily. I've visited Dr. Peng today, hoping that Lam Lam will get well soon.

I think you're lucky to be a full time mom when your BB is still small. I became a full time mom when Anson was 1.5 yrs old! I missed a lot of things already :-( !

So 加油呀! Enjoy every moment when you're with your bb. Time flies!

係呀! 一到兩歲就可以入nursury. Anson is now attending a half-day school, 9am to 12nn. He enjoys going to school very much as he always tell me about his school and he knows that going to school is fun. He can play toys, sing songs and having snacks with other kids.

Hope LamLam will recover soon. I recently took Anson to visit another Dr in Central. He used to be Dr. in Canossa, very nice one and caring. Last time Anson was sick and cold. He just visited him once, Anson recovered. And his medicine is very mild. If u want to have more details, you may PM me.

Thank you for your referral. Last time, I called your helper, but she hasn't time for another one, so she referred another one for me. She came for 2 times. Hardly had any comment yet. As in the first time she came, she used 1hr15 mins to iron 3 shirts

! As she is fresh grad from 再陪訓, she has the 熱誠, but not very practical yet. Will see for few more times

Dear All,

My maid finally arrived today, she seems much better than the previous one.

Didn't have time to ask her to cook a feast for us, but at least the veggie is edible.
Didn't give her the houserules and schedules today since I don't have time to prepare before hand, will probably give it to her within a week or so. Do you think it's too late?

Gotta go, want to try to go to bed before 12.30am since I have to wake up early with Natasha.

after my baby was born, now i really understand what means of TIME FLIES, he's 3 months old now, when i flash back my memory, found out my life was 180'C change, b4 i can't believe i can wake up at the middle of the night to check my son whether he's safe, he's warmth..... or not, i am so glad that i have him

Hoi Lam is recovered gradually. But her temper didn't improve, i wonder she's teething again!! It's my turn after Hoi Lam recovered. I've been coughing for 1 week!

1. I took Andrea attend classes every other day
2. I attend an evening short course once a week
3. part-time, busy busy!

Hey, 機靈狗 is really good, I don't know if it's the effort for 機靈狗 or Phonic Kids, when Andrea is reading 機靈狗, she'll say "m-m-m, mummy"; when she saw a fish, she'd say "f-f-f, fish"; etc, very interesting

Sorry for my late reply, coz i got no time for myself now. Ralph he doesn't like me to carrying him anymore. He likes to walk and explore things if he think is interesting. Such as oven, fan, bloom, hairdryer, blender.....All the danger things he seems quite interested. :evil: I got to keep my eye to look at him. Also, he loves to goout everyday. That's y i'm very busy everday.
BTY, i take Ralph to causeway bay every Wednesday. Maybe u give your account munber to me.
Ralph also get a bad temper now. It's seems no reason to make him angry????? :cry: Quite different to take care of him now.

Sorry to inform u that we've to wait for 2 more weeks, as they have made a mistakes, they've input wrongly and order stage 2 of 機靈狗 instead of the 1st stage for us!

So i'll call u again when the box set arrive.

Really understand your situation, Although Lam Lam doesn't know how to walk yet, she's already very naughty. Always ask me to carry her to get my wallet, phone, mobile, keys, remote control......Her temper is very very bad, always cry for anything. Therefore i've to strict to her but haven't seen the result yet.

Yesterday i was making dinner in the kitchen, she shout and cry w big drops of tear at the door even i've played the phonic kid for her. Then i give her a biscuit, but she start again after finishing it. :evil: She've been crying poorly for half hour.

all,
I'm much better now, only have some coughing, i'm resuming the flash card again, Lam Lam seems OK on them, maybe because i've stopped for 3 weeks already!

Andrea really talks a lot, sometime she'll hold her toy microphone to sing&dance, very interesting

I seldom show her the DVD of phonic kid but almost listen to the cd every day, so far okay lah.

hehe, another baby - still planning, last 2 mths Andrea was sick, these 2 mths are not a good timing ('coz when the baby was born, it'll be the busiest season of my hubby 's business), so still no good news

it won't be too much lah, u'll only spend ~5 mins x 3 times to play flash card, which it's kind of games as well, and I believe the babies enjoy it.

I play flash card / DWE with Andrea almost every day + playgroup since she was 8 mths old (the time I started to be a full-time mom), she enjoyed it. Yet she was unwilling to play flash cards since I introduced dots cards (~10 mths old)
