AJ.... my 2 cents... I remember when we proposed to add 3rd or 4th one, the reason is that some babies may be VERY outstanding at the party, e.g. CRY very loud, LAUGH very loud, do something very cute, etc. So, it will be hard for us to ask ppl to enroll this week. Also, if we put the application papers on the reception desk, mums will be discussing who have signed up for what... it will be very interesting, right?

As the prize is quite big (in size and cost)... I'd suggest to avoid having 1 baby winning 2 prizes and allow more babies to share the prizes, i.e. limit each baby to enter one competition only... for all 4 competitions... what do you think???

Sorry for the confusion.... let me try to explain here... (actually, we still have no conclusion about how to run this part, as Jolly's way has its own adv and the original way has its own adv as well...).

For the original way (i.e. the same method applies to ALL 4 competitions):
- mums need to sign in the application form posted on the reception desk for any of the 4 competitions. Each could sign up only once. Deadline for signing up is 10-15min before the competition starts
- then, MC will tear off the application form from the reception desk, and bring it to the stage and start the program
- For competition #1, MC will read the names (signed participants) one by one, i.e. ask one mum/baby to go to the stage and perform a cat-walk, announce their no. for people to know the no. write down on voting papers. Then, ask the second mum/baby to go up, then, the third mum/baby to go up.
- Afterwards, we will have all the mums/babies signed for competition #1 standing on the stage.
- THEN ----> we ask the floor families to write down the one they choose
- THEN ----> happy lady will carry the box and collect the voting papers.
(this process repeats for competitions#2-4.)

So, in this way, we can control each baby enter into 1 competition only. And, floor families do not need to REMEMBER the no., they could see from the stage who are in this competition.

Your confusion comes from you thought people could vote any baby even they are not on the stage, but this is not the case for this original method (this applies only to jolly's suggested 3rd/4th method.... which we still have not figured out how to resolve the duplicated enrollment for jolly's suggested method)

Is it clearer?

How about this for <全場最??>選舉 (combining all your ideas into ONE):

The order of the competitions is revised to be like this:
- (1) 最 cute 形象選舉
- (2) 最出位BB選舉
- (3) 最孖公仔選舉
- (4) 最 daddy/mami 餅印選舉

- We ask mums to sign in for (3) 最孖公仔選舉 & (4) 最 daddy/mami 餅印選舉 at the reception table before the program starts. Each mum can only choose 1 out of these 2 for enrollment.

- Then, we start the program by voting for (1) 最 cute 形象選舉 & (2) 最出位BB選舉 first. For this one, no need to sign-in, as people can vote whoever they like most at the party. Then, we collect the voting papers right the way and announce the winners for these 2 parts.

- Then, we will start (3) 最孖公仔選舉, and (4) 最 daddy/mami 餅印選舉. We will speak out the names from the signed-in paper and ask mum/baby to perform cat-walk. IF the winners of (1) and (2) happen to have registered for (3) or (4), we just skip his name and the baby could not join (1) or (2) anymore.

In this way, we could control each baby winning 1 prize at most, and still allowing all people to be participated at (1) and (2).... what do you think?

唔好意思，我而家正考慮緊帶唔帶bb車去，所以想知道到時坐位安排同埋bb車擺邊呀，因為到時得我一個湊兩個去，如果bb車可以擺身邊，咁我就可以照顧到軒軒同欣欣，如果唔係我就或者唔帶bb車，同埋我行開行埋(e.g.同欣欣去洗手間)就要麻煩大家幫幫手湊住軒軒先~

(2) 咁最出位BB係咩呢, 係邊方面出位呀, 例如金毛 b 時常"叫", 咁叫唔叫出位呀

唔好意思呀CatCat,原先諗住生日會嗰日車埋妳去架,不過依家我要早d去幫手,可能車唔到妳呀,或者妳得唔得早d去ar?(我要1:30到)如果得嘅,我去接埋妳先出去囉,不過可能擺唔到兩架BB車同埋到時要麻煩妳幫我睇仔,因為car seat响後座,後面兩個位留番俾妳同欣欣,軒軒妳就抱住啦,然後我就坐前面.好似迫咗d呀可?!!希望妳唔介意啦.或者妳唔可以早去嘅話,冇問題,一定大把姊妹幫妳睇住軒軒,只要軒軒制嘅話(因為我皓B勁認人唔肯制架!)再唔係我幫妳照顧欣欣ar!

I will go and have lunch there, i think around 12:30pm (allow 1 hour for lunch and change diaper and feed milk), and we could start the work at 1:30pm. Welcome to join the lunch... I don't want to make this compulsory for everyone, so, just feel free to come and have lunch together

The restausant is designd for 150 seats, we now have 120 adults + 5 kids + 52 babies. We don't accept more application beyond 120 adults as we want to spare space for BB車. I just checked the seating plan, there should be enough space for some mums to open and park the BB車 near by the tables. If 731mom did not change the seating plan anymore, I think you are sitting next to me and 龍婆, so, don't worry, we will help to take care of 軒軒.

(2) 最出位BB選舉 is related to their behaviour, e.g. at last Animal Party, 龍婆's son __pretended to sleep__, this is something very special. e.g. your son screams a lot, this is also something very special. Or, if there is one baby who laughs very much and very loud which attracts everyone attention, etc.

Is this explanation clear??? Should we modify the names to make it more clear? ?-( ?-( ?-(
