today... in fact should be on Wed night I felt angry because heib told me that her head (back) was very painful, I found a 'building' on her head!
Wed night's conversations
r : where you fell down ar?
h : at home, in the living room area, slided down law.
r : jenie didn't look after you? she said no, then I said let me ask jenie.. & I went to kitchen to ask jenie la.
j : not at home, when I took a bath for heib, washed her hair, she said painful & told me fell down in the school (but why she didn't inform me when I'm home)?
r : then I asked heib again, she said yes, in the school
Thursday night
I asked heib again where did she fall down? her answer still : in the school
Today morning
I called school, the lady said Miss xxxx is in the class, will leave a message, at 1.20 pm, didn't receive call, then called again that's second time I've to call not they return my call!!!!
then the lady said Miss xxxx has left, what are they doing??
Finally, someone told me that when rec'd my call, she came to the class with in-charge teacher to check heib's head & asked... heib told them she fell down at home when Wed lunch!
Conclusion - don't know which answer is correct, I'm not blame who is the right person should be responsed, just want to make sure not happen again in future, but I'm really disappointed with school's attitude!

yes, really disappointed, $3000/month, I only require more feedback from school on heib, what they can do, I only rec'd a few words on heib one time/month!!!
Just a call, they chose ignore (or maybe the teacher don't know la), but I'm really disappointed!

heib's sister - Zxxx has 36 lbs ar.. last time in JP when in the hot spring bath (can't wear the cloth), I saw her patpat very very yummy like 'shatin yau'!
that's second time I've to call not they return my call!!!!
