, I paid for a course for 20 times $3890.00 since May and I only went for 3 times only, because there is only 1 person working(there was 2 before - but she fire the girl-ar ying who works there suppose to do my facial), and now only left with the boss - Elaine who always push me to buy her products and always cancel my facial booking at the very last minutes, eg. suppose sunday 2:00pm, she would call me 1:45pm (she said: sorry, i'm not feeling well want to cancel) this happened 5 times already and the last 2 times, which really make me angry is that, suppose i made the reservation a week advance on monday Jul31, and she call me on Jul28 that she won't be free on that night Jul31 would like to change to the next night Aug1, so I said is fine, but on Aug1 I went there, there is no one and I called her up, she said she didn't remember she have change it so she went out to do freelance (she must be lying), and I said you are the one who change it, and she said sorry she forgot and ask me to rebook to the following sunday Aug6, and I went there on that booking time, and she disappeared. I called her mobile and she have voice message, then i call again, she switch off the phone, and I was so angry that I left in her voice message and said: if you can't make it you should at least call my mobile or let me know, I'm not always Standby to wait for your facial,
