hello friendzzzz.....
so busy at work!! after the off-seasons sale, I'm seems like to be death.... store on sale again.... non-stop arh god!!! but is worth for me lor,

haha I'm promoted yeah!!! 我師父好準 arh.. he said end of this year 升職加薪 again, so that I didn't do any yoga with in this month.... + membership already expire, I'still
thinking may join another one

re revolving triangle
手一定按唔到地,就算按腳面,我都係twist得唔夠,又唔夠力stand得唔耐,同埋條neck轉唔到往上望,好痛呢!

講起stiff bone,我last friday上左kapil既oorja,琴日上eshwar既ashtanga,兩堂都有sun saluation,但今日上sanjeev既patanjali做sun時,對手板居然touched唔到個地下喎!要做多一個round先touch到!

可能太耐冇做過pat yoga,今日做到我死死下,sanjeev都correct左我好多個pose.佢correct我個simple triangle pose時,我值頭跌鬼左係地下添! lor到爆!

ya... so can't stop too long time lor... really need to keep at least 5 classes per week. This morning I tried Kryoga Sun Series 2, very nice, can help me to stetch a lot.
