一般話抽筋係由於鈣質吸收唔好,and/or 磷 (phosphorus) 太多。醫生開多粒鈣丸比我。另外,我上孕婦瑜伽miss都有教一d睡前腳部運動去減少發生。就係將對腳掌上下左右郁下。你試下啦。
