I think we still need to have some mums to go earlier to help. Here's the list of things we need to do before party:

[size=x-large]~~ Things need to do before 2:30pm ~~

(1) Need 1 mum to be in-charge of the seating plan, arrive before 2pm
- In-charge: 731mom (ok)
- Task: make sure the seats are arranged in the way we want

(2) Need 1 mum to brief camera-men about arrangement and run-down, arrive before 2pm
- In-charge: 731mom (ok)
- Task: to coordinate all photo-taking activities and explain to the camera-men the run-down
- Reminder: pls ask the camera-men to arrive before 2pm as well, they need to understand the floorplan and arrangement, and take photos of the helpers' activities before party starts

(3) Need the receptionists before 2pm
- In-charge: HA's sister, Hackenma's sister and Hackenma's sister's friend
- Note - I think we need 3 people at the reception, so, I tick out francisca as she could then spend more time to take care of baby. Thanks, francisca, for volunteering to help with the reception work. I think we could have those who do not need to carry baby to help with this task
- Task: start preparing the reception desk, e.g. (i) the sign in list, (ii) the name tags, (iii) the Club Vendome form/gift, (iv) the GC discount coupon, (v) Huggies forms. I guess we will have people arriving well before 2:30pm

(4) Need 2 mums/dads to decorate with balloons (both Hydrogen and regular) and banner, arrive at 1:45pm
- In-charge: francisca's husband (ok), wyk's husband (ok), could use camera-men as back-up (ok)
- Note - I have a pump and I will bring to the party
- Note - Giggsmom sponsors 一袋半

In this way, we could control each baby winning 1 prize at most, and still allowing all people to be participated at (1) and (2).... what do you think?

Sorry, want to interrupt. We will still keep using the registration no. as the NUMBER for the 4 competitions, otherwise, we will have too many numbering system to remember.

其實我開頭諗係唔駛做咁多label/同埋numbering都ok架喇...個原則我地只係要區分邊個有報名邊個冇報名啫...咁只要一個blank label for 參選咗頭三項選舉既bb已經得，因為頭三項選舉o係cat walk o個時，其他family先做投票既﹝所以o個number係cat walk o個時歡樂小姐會讀出)，但係第四項(出位bb)就係要o係報名結束後到選舉前已經要留意邊個bb最出位(所以要以label區分佢有冇參加第1-3項選舉)，所以到時到第四項cat walk o個時例如我想投皓皓咁既，我就聽番歡樂小姐讀皓皓個number已經得...所以我地係咪事先唔駛編label(只用blank label)就ok呢??

但係我之前都提過，其實好唔好為每個家庭整一張大d既number紙(A4 SIZE，係入場o個時釘埋係o個袋上面)(除咗孖B選舉 - 因為孖B選舉要整第一組...第二組咁樣)，咁當每個BB CAT-WALK完，再全部企係度比人投票O個時，每個家庭拿番自己個NO.就可以一目了然，如果唔係，例如有10個人參加"餅印"既，我或者以經唔記得我揀o個個bb係邊個number喇...咁到時又唔知去邊度問，但係又睇唔到佢身上個sticker....呢個方法你地覺得點呢??

唔好意思，我真係太多意見....

我負責o個兩樣野已初步整好，如果其他媽咪冇意見，其實就可以印，你想我"貓"比你先定點?? 我唔想預到太趕，無時間比你整....
