無做yoga一輪,d muscle同 joints都會stiff d,所以自己要做多d stretching warm up. toady i attended 60mins stretching, now is very smooth la, then can do yoga as usual. u may try. don"t force urself to do yoga when u stopped for a while. let ur body warm up 1st. sometimes may need 1 or 2 days ga.
