Some updates. Caleb is good (or simply because he is premature), eat and then sleep all day. I am breast feeding him, on the breast during the day, and bottle feed expressed milk during the night. We haven't use any formular for the past few days, hopefully, he can go on exclusive breast milk, so he won't get allergy like his brother.
I do have some pressure in making sure that he eats enough. Afterall, he is so small, and I want him to gain the weight he need, but Caleb is not eating as much as his brother. He can sleep for a 3-4 hours without waking up or crying for food. I know jaundice babies can be a bit more sleepy, but just don't want to strave him. He is also not eating as long as his brother. His brother can eat for up to an hour, but this little guy only eat for about half an hour max. I really wonder whether he has enough.
We will be back to the clinic Monday and Wednesday for juandice checkup. We can weight him again. I hope he can gain better weight, so I can feel more comfortable in breast feeding.
