I haven't come to chat for ages cos my two kids will back to child care on 14 Jan. So nowadays I quite busy to look after them by myself. You know how they are so active, somtimes can say hyper-active, so really make me exhausted.

Our families orginally plan to visit Sydney the pasting Christmas, eventually we didn't go cos it hard to travel such a long trip by car with two youngest kids. Me, Jade and Jeff been Sydney 6 years ago, it's a good place for eating out and shopping compare to Melbourne, especially Korean foods, so yummy and traditional.

I eventually can make the sponge cake soft. But I used the normal oil rather than liquid butter, cos I tried to use the butter in the first time, but the butter was sunk at the bottom even though i mixed with 麵糊.

其實如果想係Ｂox Hill住,但又怕太雜,有一個提議,就係响佢附近的box hill north,地區唔雜,但係又近Box Hill。
我之前住係Box Hill and Box Hill north的交界位附近,帶住個三四歲的小朋友,都係行十五分鐘左右就到Box Hill Centro,

Box Hill is a very good place to live in. But as Amy said, here got alot of Chinese....so depends what you want. If you only come here with the kids first, then I think Box Hill is good. For myself,I just need to walk 5 mins to the Box Hill Centro from my home, so I can go to the Centro with my kids by myself.
For Point Cook, its a new developing place, its far from Box Hill,...around 40mins drive. There have lesser Asian, all the houses locate there are new. Not yet have the shopping mall yet (will have one within 2008). But you can go to the nearest place to buy food -- Footscary (only 15mins drive). I will move to Point Cook very soon too because I think Point Cook is a very nice place for the kids to grow up.
