如果聰聰個日食粥仔, 通常都係食兩餐...糊仔就一餐.

食完都好飽吓佢都唔願食奶, 如果眼瞓先比佢啜一陣奶.

你都會加奶開糊仔, 是嗎?
其實都唔需要咁擔心食奶食得少...

父母如何與孩子溝通？
親職教育--父母如何與孩子溝通？

家庭和諧靠溝通，親子之間應從小建立坦誠開放的雙向溝通，和孩子溝通時別忘了下面幾點：

1.注意聲調、語氣、時間、場合。
2.對兒童講話要簡明、具體、和清楚。
3.坦誠信賴，言必有信。
4.給予適當的承諾及合理的選擇。
5.鼓勵孩子表達、並且傾聽別人說話。
6.多引導與規勸，少批評與責備。
7.接納並體會孩子的感受及想法。
8.問答的方法盡量使用「問答題」方式，避免「是非題」。
9.言行一致，當孩子的好榜樣。
10.親子爭吵時，別一時衝動，可以冷靜想想辦法。

父母應如何管教孩子？

父母要正確的觀念及適當的管教方式，不要對孩子太寬或太嚴。

光有愛是不夠的，父母應該：
1.了解孩子的心理及動機。
2.父母管教方式要一致，且能把握原則。
3.對待孩子必須公平、公正，一視同仁。
4.期待要實際，要求要合理。
5.幫助孩子面對現實，處理情緒，克服挫折。
6.以鼓勵代替獎勵，以約束代替處罰。
7.必要時處罰要合情、合理。
8.以民主方式共同制定家規、溝通協議。
9.安排時間與子女多相處，才能多了解。
10.孩子問題較嚴重時，一定要求助專家學者。

如何成為理想的父母？
許多父母以為「會生就會養、就會教」。其實不然，「合法」的父母並不一定就是「合格」的父母。理想的父母，不僅是孩子的褓姆，也是孩子的老師，更是孩子的朋友。要成為理想的父母，就必須了解孩子成長發展過程，調整自己角色，及教養子女的方式，不斷學習做父母，接受「再教育」。如此才能提供孩子最適當的成長環境，最適宜的學習機會，以及最愉快的生活空間，使孩子得到豐富的愛及應有的管束，培養出健康、活潑、聰明、快樂的下一代。

Tristan nows eats Maeil's cereal because he liked the fish and tomato and now the CHeese & Yogurt. They both use water to 開糊仔. And people kept telling me to feed the baby milk either before or after the cereal or congee, in order the baby won't eat too less milk.

I really don't know and worry he is eating too little milk law.

Hi All,

Just want to share with you all, I don't need to go for the business trip in Aug. My Manager told me that as I am still breast-feeding my son so she will let my collegues to go for this trip. This is so good and I don't have to worry about storage of the milk and the meal for Nic.

終於有時間上黎，呢個禮拜真係好忙，多數只係可以上黎望一望，唔夠時間打message。反而我老公上左黎搞事!

我地終於發現呈芝原來對蘋果敏感，第一次飲左少少鮮蘋果汁，就出風疹，之後再俾佢試蘋果蓉，又再出。而家唯有淨係俾佢食香蕉，再過一排先再試其他生果。

另外今個星期呈芝每次辦大事時都要好用力，谷紅塊面仔，d大大又一粒粒。我地已經每次食完糊仔都俾水佢飲，但係佢只飲半安。唯有將原本一日兩餐糊改一餐，明日會俾粥仔佢食，希望佢鐘意啦。我希望可以一日一餐粥一餐糊仔就最好。我想佢食多一排糊仔，感覺糊仔加左好多營養。

cicy：
呈芝食完糊仔我都無俾奶佢飲，怕佢以為唔食糊仔都有奶飲。你唔駛擔心Tristan飲少左奶，因為BB慢慢食多d固體食物飲少d奶係成長必需。

聰聰的短片好搞笑，佢沖涼時都會將d玩具放入口!

Dear all,

Does anyone participate in the crawling competition so we can go there and support you?

I don't know what happen to Megan these few days, she doesn't like to drink milk, just eat a little rice cereal, but like to eat baby food. Therefore, my milk supply is decreasing. I want to put her in schedule but these few days it is mess up .
Does anyone can refer me a doctor (female) as my breast is feeling itchy, I don't know why? ( All my docs are male.)

Hi Chunma,

My mother-in-law will prepare the congee for my b when I am back to work. So she decides what soup to use and chooses what material to be added, e.g. potato, egg with meat soup today. Sometimes fish, carrot or sweet potato... any good suggestion of food to be added? The choices seem to be quite limited 'cos he still doesn't have any tooth yet!

I will directly bf my b when he is asleep, i.e. at midnight and early in the morning. I'll pump out at the same time. I'll pump 1 more time lunch.

Hi Cicy,

After feeding baby congee, I won't give him milk again right after that meal 'cos I think, for the babies at this age, congee/cereal should be a discrete meal. Yes, I'm giving my b 2 meals of congee a day. But he still takes another 4 meals of milk a day por: at 6am (direct bf), 10am (8oz), 10pm (4oz) and midnight (direct bf). As his milk demand is less than before, I can become totally bf again now la !!

呈芝媽~

原來蘋果都會令人敏感, 咁呈芝而家無事呀?
食住香蕉先, 遲些再試其他生果都好.

呈芝d便便咁硬, 可能係食糊仔熱氣呀,
同埋唔夠生果/vegetable.
聰聰而家每日都食粥仔/香蕉/ apple,佢差不多日日都有便便架,
仲係一條條好軟個隻, 呢兩個星期都係逗住佢 ng ng,
有時出街佢都唔係好願 ng ng 係片片度,
可能返屋企除左條片片舒服及乾淨d 掛.

咁佢鐘意食粥嗎? 係呢, 你多數買邊隻 baby food ? Megan 隻隻都鐘意食架?

最近同聰聰出街, 搵唔到圬地方餵奶,
我多數比一樽樽既 baby food 佢食算數,
真係好方便, 同埋而家埋身餵聰聰,
佢好八掛, 開始唔係好專心食啦.....
所以我都少用餵奶布, 驚會走光.

我都係睇開男醫生, 睇吓其他媽咪有無好介紹.

芍妤bb would prefer to drink milk, after eating cereal, she need milk also. She only eat half bowl of cereal. Yesterday, I gave her a bottle of baby food (corns and chicken) and she liked it very much. :-P

In the past, 芍妤bb had several times of ng ng every day, after she takes solid, she has ng ng for every 2 days. I also found her difficult to ng ng. When she pushes hard, her face turns in red.
