oh poor little thing. Hope she feel better soon.

Jasmine had a bad sleep last few days. Every night I only had 3 hours sleep.

But finaly I can sleep through last night.

I bought a TEA which can help the baby relax before they go to bed, I tried for Jasmine lastnight (touch wood) it seems work quite good, she finally sleep through. also we start to make a routine for her.
like before go to bed she need clean her face, brush her teeth, and we read story. then I put her in her bed let her play by herself. half hour later she would cry as sleep, then I would pat her in her bed without carrying.

So far..........

I bought that tea from Bumps to Babe

Ashley only have 4 mths jar, is it possible let her drink tea

She has some cough, not serious, I cant tell my hubby cos he's in business trip, dont wants him worry about ashley.

But I will start to read the story and play the soft music to let her sleep.
