However, what is the time "in the afternoon"? Sheldon has PG until 13:30 on Sunday, he may take a nap before join. Is it ok?

Alright, I'd propose two options. Pls vote your choice.

1. Yam Cha at Kwan Lam from 9:00am Then, go to the Park at 10:30am - 11:30am.

2. Yam Cha at Kwan Lam restaurant at 12:30pm. Then, go to the Park at 2:00- 3:00pm

Or pls suggest other activities!
