Addy and Keropi,
My契媽just checked with 靚女中醫this morning..she said that for mothers who did c-section, 要later才可吃榴槤..otherwise, 傷口好難recover...個幾月後先至吃la...I also stopped eating durian as well...

I could only put the jeans up to my tights..poor me...

and waist is still 33"!!!

Unlike you, modern mummy, who went out and went movie, shopping...during the 1st month; I'm such an old-fashioned mom that I stayed who month at home; but I've never used ginger skin water to wash my hair....
