I see. Your mom's intention is good (for your health). You try to talk to her again la. There is no doubt that we (new moms) will be super tired to BF babies every 2-3 hours, even at night ga la, but mother's milk is really good for them. Also, we should take every chance to go to sleep while baby is sleeping during day/night time. What your mom can help is to look after bb (when s/he's awake but not hungry) and take bath for him/her and wash the clothes etc. Actually that's a lot of help already!

你之前曾經去過BB展嗎?
其實我都係聽我朋友講, 話去BB展, 可以拎到好多sample, 仲叫我到時join下D bb會添~

但聽你咁講, 我真係幾驚太多人, 大家都知大肚婆唔迫得又唔焗得既....等我再諗諗先~

哈~ bb既預產期同我生日都只係差幾日, 聽人講, bb出生日同媽咪生日接近既話, bb都會聰明d架~

唔知到時我地係咪咁有緣, 係醫院碰面呢?

其實到時我諗我呀媽都可以幫到我唔少既，因為佢之前讀過陪月課程，我諗好多野佢都可以幫到我既，不過而家最重要都係同佢地再傾下餵母乳依個問題，希望佢地會接受啦!

Help for BF mom

You can still breastfeed your baby. If you worry about not enough sleep, you can buy a milk pump (electric one is better - faster and easier) and express your milk after every feeding (in case that your baby has not empty your breasts) and before you go to bed. You can store the milk in refrigerator. If you are too tired, your mom or your husband can just warm up the milk and feed the baby. So, you can sleep and they can also develop a close bonding with the baby. Are you planning to go back to work? If so, you should introduce the bottle to your baby anyway. I did not have enough milk to exclusively breastfeed my son, I supplemented him with formula. But, I will encourage you to try breastfeed. It's good for both the baby and you. Breast milk provides a lot of antibody to the baby and it reduces the chance of allergies. However, you have to be cautious of what you eat when you breastfeed. For you, you can lose weight and it helps your body recovered faster. Anyway, you need to give extra vitamins D to the baby if you exclusively breastfeed because breast milk does not contain enough vitamins D (your doctor will tell you later). Good luck and have a healthy baby. When are you due?

Yee?! Really??? If that's real, then my bb's bday (now schedule c-section on Aug 22) might be closed to mine (18th) and my husband (23rd) too!!! :lol

要交3000，我已交了，我都會在這個星期去花園街買衫仔，又唔得耐，暫時都唔駛買得太貴，之前買左的，質地都唔錯！幾靚添！

Wow, your birthdays are so close to each other too wor! I think it's more convenient as we can all celebrate our birthdays at around the same time of the year. Maybe we can tell bb it's the "birthday season". Hehehe....

When my brother & his 2-year old boy came back to HK to visit us during CNY, my family had a few birthday gatherings for the boy himself, my mom and my other nephew. So we had bday cakes and sang bday song so often within 2-3 weeks. After then, whenever we sang bday song again, my brother's son will be so excited and will dance and sing along with us. Hahaha....

Yes, my EDD is approaching so getting more excited now. But I'll tell bb please stay inside for a few more weeks and don't "show up" too early. I should have bought 99% of the stuff, now just need to vaccum the nursery thoroughly again before bb is born, and wash the bedding stuff & bottles. I have also packed my hospital bags la (1 with my stuff for check-in; and 1 with clothes for bb/myself for check-out). So now I'll just take it easy and wait.....

過去個星期有無去買野呀??我相信起碼要出動10次、8次先買得晒架,我上星期日同老公擰晒買左既野出黎拆袋同影相,都搞左半日,呢個星期會主力洗呀b既野!
我呢2個星期覺得個肚實左好多,系床到轉身都要扶住個肚,你開始有呢種感覺未??

我早排都系甘,不過後來我改了少少背枕的位置同側睡時身體不要和床太過垂直,身體輕微斜,甘就會舒服D架喇,你試下好唔好D!!
