Yes I recall I did ask her to sign something on the first day, and also gave her a schedule which was carefully designed by my friend who\'s also having a new maid the time. But all no use, you\'re right that they got their own practices and ways of thinking
On the other hand, every family is unique and with different requirement. My helper is here for about two years, now I leave her to make most of the decisions, just don\'t bother, will only tell her if things go wrong.
