usually redeem one year ago, & not too many seats in business class
It's really difficult to redeem tickets for flights to Sapporo, unless it's off peak. I've never been able to redeem a single ticket during Chinese New Year even if I book one year ahead. However from my experience, it's easier to redeem business class than economy class tickets.
