no, this will affect another person. let's say, on the way to hospital there is a sudden incident, this causes a big traffic conjestion, the amblance and all the cars cannot move; so cannot even call for another amblance to go there - it is the amblance driver's responsibility to avoid conjested road to drive, should choose another road even if longer distance.
Is hk not by law that all cars should give way?? it is by law in canada and all drivers follow. All drivers will drive and move the car to stop on the right side - both directions. Drivers will be given a "fine ticket" and minus marks if not follow this law.
