如住E&O的話, City Hall, Fortis, Clock Tower, St. Geroge Church & Red Garden etc. 都好近, 可以吾需要包車.

Shopping Mall - Paragin Mall & 1st Avenue会近Sunway多Ｄ. 仲有New Lane 夜市

我無留意101 係米经Butterfly farm, 但巴士站就响Golden Sands 門口, 去到你可以問下酒店職員&問埋的士要幾錢, 如果等巴士等得耐就轉搭的士.

包車同我講, 果幾日週圍都係好多人, 升旗山就算比你上左去都要好耐先落得番黎。

豆膏搽蚊叮蟲咬之類, 油就風濕骨痛.

你可以同的士傾去左義香和馨香先再去機場, 其實順路嘅, 最多加車錢者. 我都係咁。

馨香好似開朝早9:00am

To me, walking around to go sightseeing is the best way to explore the city. If I were you, I would not rent a car. You can consider to take the free CAT bus, which is a bus for tourists going around. It goes to different hot tourist spots. Just hop on and off!

If you want to see the wall pictures, it is easy to walk there one by one as most of them are within the walking distance. However, I suggest doing this in the late afternoon (e.g. after 5 pm) as it is more comfortable to do so.

Regarding getting to Butterfly Farm from Golden Sands, you can either take Bus 101 or 102. Both buses have the same destination to Telok Bahang. You just inform the bus driver that you want to go to Butterfly Farm. Then he will turn left at the roundabout near Penang National Park and send you directly there. If you do not tell the driver, the bus will just go straight along the road to Penang National Park.

Taking a bus around Batu Ferringhi is quite strange! When I ask the hotel staff and other local people where the bus stop is, they just tell me to wait for the bus outside the hotel or the restaurant. They say that the driver would stop even though you do not catch a bus at the bus-stop.

The frequency of the bus is about every 10-15 minutes during the daytime. However, it quite depends as the bus schedule is not so fixed as in HK.

I also suggest buying the souvenirs on the way to the airport. It does not spend a lot of time. Just ask the taxi driver to drop you at the souvenirs shop!

新加坡定檳城？
如新加坡，消防博物館+中央消防局很適合，另外科學舘也可以。

補充一些資料:

如何以低價訂購酒店

之前不少 JM 向我詢問如何訂得 Pan Pacific 和 Stamford 的平價房, 其實訂房方法與一般無異, 都是透過訂房網站及旅行社不斷格價, 以下是一些訂房小心得:

1. 先格價, 並以 Discount Code 訂房;

2. 盡量預訂可以免費取消的酒店房間. 除非你認為你訂的價錢是無可再低, 又或者是連其他遊玩套票的酒店 (e.g. Resorts World 的3D2N Package), 否則, 請勿預訂不可取消的房間.

以我這次為例, 3個月前在網上看到 Stamford 最平的房間是 $1600幾 (不包早餐), 而且不可取消. 之後在我出發前一個月, 相同日子價錢只是 $1500 幾 (不包早餐). 不過, 經不斷比較後, 我並非用訂房網站, 而是經網上的旅行社訂, 那時剛巧有 weekend promotion, $3188 已是包早餐的價錢, 而且可取消. 再看當時一般訂房網的相同套餐, 大概是 $5000 多元. 另外, Pan Pacific 情況也大致相同.

因此, 請大家別心急, 盡量訂可以免費取消的房間.
