my bb also eats 3-4 oz in an hour too and the many nurses at the hospital told me my bb eats quick when they feed her. same as you and wing_wing, and i think many other mums. what's worse, my bb has a pretty bad temper every time she eats. this makes my temper bad too. it's so bad that i just told my husband i have thought about sending my bb to an orphanage :-P
it's hard, but I'm have every confidence that you'll get over it fine

I find my BB needs milk for not crying. Sometimes it may be just an hour after the previous milk. If I find that she is real hungry, I feed her without schedule.
Another thing is too hot or too cold.
Wet diaper seems not a big problem that makes BB cries. When you touch the surface of the diaper, you can hardly feel moisture.

For BB goes sleep while drinking milk, try
(1) loosen the bottle a little bit to let the BB drink easlier.
(2) check if the hole was blocked by unsolved milk powder.
