合約$160,菲領事$297, 咁味一人俾230蚊囉, 依家先知仲要俾個Overseas Workers Welfare Administation $195, 個筆唯有我自己俾囉。

Can anyone tell which form I should use as my case is my maid’s last date is 15 Aug and I renew new contract with her on 16 Aug and submit form to consultate on 17 Aug. Which form should I use 將會終止 or 已終止?

昨天工人姐姐已遞交文件給領事館, 但要二個星期才有得取回, 請問有無人知移民局要多久才批. 急!

Can you tell when is the exact date for your maid to get back the verified contract from Phil Consultate ? It is becase my maid also submit the docu to it yesterday but she said she has to get back on 7 Sep. That means it requires 3 weeks to get back the contract. Would it be faster if done by Agency instead of do it by employer ?

Can anyone tell if I submit my application to Imm on 8 Sep, when will be the visa approval date issued by Imm ? Will it be on 8 Sep or the date my maid to get back the approval visa ?

Dear Ansonbb

My maid showed me the receipt and indicated the date to collect on 1 Sept. 19. She told that some of her friends could collect just need 1 week before.
I also asked an agent before they can collect the documents from the consulate and sent it to the Immigration Dept. on the same day. But it'is too late to deal in this matter by them now.

My maid go to consultate and paid for $297.5 for renewal yesterday. When I ask her whether the consultate gave her anything (eg. receipt or letter for contract collection) but she said nothing from it since the receipt was kept by consultate and sticked on her renewal file together with new contract and her original passport and other supporting copies. She said the consultate tell her to come again on 4 Sep to get back the verified contract but without giving her any letter for document collection. I have queries why the consultate will advise her to come orally without any supporting and she said she must show up on 4 Sep but not on or after 4 Sep. I wonder the consultate is so strict or is my maid cheat me ?

去conultate做驗証費係要$297.5, receipt唔會即刻俾, 要去取回contract時先俾返(上次續約經驗), 不過passport就冇keep起, 我工人都早幾日去遞表, 要9月頭先有取。但上次只係三日就ok, 姐姐仲話佢由金鐘排到去灣仔, 最早果個朝早六點去排喎。

你下一期tax幾時要交, 如果你仲夠一個月, 未即時出信要佢簽囉, 機票唔使俾錢佢, 除非你即時放佢假返家鄉, 就算係都係你買機票or叫佢買完票後向你claim錢, 不過你工人咁夠膽同你討價還價, 你要小心D好！
