I don\'t know how to qualify learning slow, guess based on comparing against the median，at least it has to be a scientific measurement. 其實都唔少同學仔係咁。不是個個都學野快，有D人性格係slow pace.
she has done quotient assessment? 可能medical name 清楚D，智商只能有限發展，learning slow is the most apparent symptom.
BTW, if I were you, I would definitely go beyond seeking advice from the psychiatrist provided by govt. I will seek second opinion, and search for documentary regarding limited quotient. my hubby used to search a lot of documentary on a huge variety of topics and issues. surprisingly esp in overseas countries, such as UK and us often publish latest finding, you know they put more money on r and d.
the purpose is to find out any human intervention, latest research, so to help you develop your girl potential.
