In the regulations that prohibit the gathering of 4 people, 12 cases will be exempted, such as weddings and funerals; gathering in the workplace; performing government functions; court, legislative assembly, district council procedures, etc. In terms of penalties, offenders will be fined a fixed fine of 2,000 yuan, or a maximum fine of 25,000 yuan and imprisoned for 6 months.
She also pointed out that the limit on the number of people gathered is that there is no scientific basis, and that the limit in other countries ranges from 2 to 10 people. With reference to other countries and the situation in Hong Kong, it is considered that a limit of 4 people is appropriate. She also said that there are many children in the Playgroup, so it is discouraged to continue operations.
The government suggested on Monday to restrict the sale of liquor to restaurants or bars with liquor licenses, but today it was temporarily put on hold.
