我諗你嘅角度係覺得我輸打贏要,仲要理直氣壯,買定件衫,等下有無減價,有就即刻refund 再買過,罷住件衫ho cheap 囉。但我嘅角度係,我作為顧客,想像下我買咗件衫,牌都未剪未著過你就再減,其實嬲嘅應該係我,所以啲大brand 為咗保障唔會有咁嘅事發生,會叫你放心買,即使買貴咗你攞番嚟,我哋退番差額俾你,我會覺得我只係行使我作為消費者喺佢容許嘅情況下行使我嘅權益。我喺外國生活過一排,大家買完嘢發現佢mark down 咗,第一反應就係攞去customer service, 啲cs 仲會覺得係自己公司唔啱,累個客走嚟走去搞咁多嘢,仲會say sorry. Anyway, 原來大家都覺得咁係ho cheap 唔接受嘅,ok, 咁 i get it
