As working mum, I cant spend 120 min to swim everyday, I don't think I can take this method although it is faster than jogging.

頭30mins唔停咁游,之後就可以游下抖下,
等減到目標磅數後會減至2-3日,唔游嘅日子就急步行
其實如果唔係膝頭痛的話,跑步會放便好多 ...

It's really depends how your schedule, I spend 1 hour a day and 5 - 6 days a week to exercise.

我都係因為呢排公司清假,放假多過返工,所以可有咁多時間,仲有因為比成$19入場,唔游返夠本好似唔低呀,
但我返工嘅日子都會行路返家,搭車25分鐘,行要60分鐘

我已經堅持跑了一個月,每個禮拜約三、四次。而家已經瘦了6磅,我D褲好明顯松左。大家加油吧!
