我囡囡剛剛一歲, 我買了個 potty 比佢, 又話比自己知, 佢肯坐就算成功了.

第一天 : 囡囡真係肯坐, 第一次坐了 3 分幾鐘, 我又在旁發出 ng ng 聲, 我知道是巧合, 她有 poo poo

第二天 : 早上吃完奶後, 給她坐 potty, 我又係在旁發出 ng ng 聲, 佢又有 poo poo

第三天 : 第一次坐沒有 poo poo, 不過有 wee wee, 第二次坐都係沒有 poo poo, 同樣有 wee wee（亞囡一向的ｐｏｏｐｏｏ都唔定時的）

我想問,
1. 亞囡是否已經 ready 或有安全感用 potty 嗎？
2. 我目的係佢肯坐，不過如今當我在旁ng ng聲，她又有poo poo的話，我可否幫助到她定時有 poo poo 嗎？可以點樣做呀？
3. 每天讓她坐兩次 potty，會否太多嗎？（for poo poo only)

Amanda's school schedule is pretty good..
run by the Russian.. very tough and strick..

8:45am school bus to school
9am wash hand, breakfast, toilet
9:45am -10:15am class- profect approach
10:15am exploration time in different corner
10:45am morning snack
11am-12noon, outdoor fun
12noon toilet, lunch, toilet
1-3:30pm nap time, rest time
3:30pm -4pm toilet, tea time, toilet
4pm learning time, studying time
5pm out door free play
5:30pm school bus back time (some times, Amanda will have dinner at school if we can't get home on time, then she will come home at about 6:30pm or 7pm-- we go and pick up)
food provided by school, they allow amanda to have 1 bottle of milk after lunch and before nap time

1. 1歲年幾介小便係早咗啲.. 但HK人鐘意咁早幫BB 介片, that is the culture, as long as 你BB冇抗拒, 係冇問題呢

2. 你係應以BB 生理時鐘作準.. otherwise, 只會坐去佢驚呢.. 唔好set time table 住, 佢太細.. 你要陪養佢次次poo poo 坐potty 已ok..
你如果set time table俾BB, 好易令BB 驚咗, 亦好易令BB便祕, as BB有自已嘅 biological clock 呢... also, 佢已1歲, 應已定咗鐘數大便架喎.. like, after breakfast, after day nap.. 試吓 pay more attention.. ^o^

3. by 18 months, BB 可以坐almost 18 mins. 但坐一次會好啲, as 你B女只有12 months. 坐到5-10 min 係bonus, 佢一炆憎就要起身架.. otherwise, 事倍功半架..

唔好set time for poopoo, 只係佢谷紅面豬就同佢坐potty, 講 " 我哋去poopoo/ ngng/ any word you want" 之後教佢要除片, 坐上去potty, 當BB poopoo 時,俾signal BB 以作配合.. 久而久之, B女會知便便就要揾potty 至疴架喇!

1. 我唔係打算幫佢誡小便片, 只是我給她坐 potty 去 poo poo 時, 佢就巧合有 wee wee

Amanda was a Cantonese baby.. not once she starts schooling, she becomes 100% English, and Russian speaking.. (and forgot all cantonese)..
when she starts schooling, we speak in English at home, to provide a comfort environment for her to learn freely..
Amanda cried for 4 months as she can't communicate with any one at school. we felt so sorry about that.. as we forgot, she growth up in US.. mother folk should be English (come first), Cantonese is a bonus only.
now.. thanks god.. she manages well with her English, Russian and cantonese.
now.. we speak 50:50 English and cantonese

因為有媽咪見到其他人嘅BB 幾個月大介poopoo片, 歲零就介尿片.. 就日日要佢個女坐到疴至準起身, BB 女久而久之見到痰罐仔就慌晒咁喊, 同有便秘(as長期忍住).. finally, 佢上綱.. 要教佢打開自已嘅心結. 放低要個女同人比較嘅心態.. 小B女因為咁而 delay 到almost 2歲至介poopoo 片.. so.. 我一見到你個小Ｂ咁細, 你已 insist 去要小B 介片.. 想提醒你呢
你小B 應有定大約幾時poopoo架喎.. like 1日1次, 2日1次, 1日2次.. 大多數上午or 下午..
你係最好等B女急時至抱佢去厠所呢..
if 你係想佢fix time 去toilet, 要預咗. 有poopoo 係bonus, 冇poopoo 係正常..as 如果你係朝早去開厠所.. 而我為自己方便, 日日黃昏逼你去poopoo, 咁, 你話.... 你係咪白坐?
方法以theory 嚟講你work 嘅... just need time.. 每日灾時坐一次 .. 1歲坐within 10 min.. ^o^

我覺得您唔會了我的意思

1. 我唔係 insist 要囡囡誡片, 我只係比佢試試坐 potty

2. 每天早上飲奶後給她坐 potty, 係因為佢多數有 poo poo 的時候係早上飲奶後. (有時一天一次, 有時二天一次)

3. 我早上給她坐 potty, 就等於您問亞囡要唔要去洗手間一樣,
只不過她唔識同我講 yes or no.

4. 我絕對沒有要她坐到有 poo poo 為止

不過我明白您的意思係要囡囡有 signal (即是佢話比您知) 要 poopoo, 才行動啦!! 而我之前, 就係用左一個提問的方法, 您要唔要 poopoo 呢?

我只係話你係 insist 去教B女每一日坐potty, 我知你唔係要幫B女介片呀!
.. see.. 你而家咪話到我知.. 你B女係早上poopoo 囉..as you know 佢嘅 pattern, 係 after breakfast (morning bottle), 呢個係good sign 囉!
我話你知個example, 係因為有媽咪咁做, 咁係 negative re-inforcement, 只係想你唔好學佢咋.. 我唔係話你咁做呀! 我見你個message show 到你好嬲.. if 我哋有misuderstanding, 希望你知道.. we are here to help!!

多謝您的回應, 我都覺得自己那天所寫的 message, 有點 angry, 因為感到好像大家對唔到 channel.

我已經捉到您的意思了, 我會在她通常 poopoo 的時間, 多點留意她的 signal.

我想是否可以請教您另外一樣事情呢? 就係囡囡好唔鐘意食粥, 我已經試盡很多的方法去煲粥; 除了 cereal 外, 每一樣東西, 第一個返醒就係將臉另開, 我總要拿少少放入她的咀, 她試味後, 才肯試下去.

不過我返醒是否亞女對食粥有唔好的經歷呢? 因為有幾次, 佢一點都唔肯食, 我試過 force 她要食, 也曾經打過她的手仔.

這件事情, 係令我最頭痛的!!

請幫忙!!
不過我餵她食 cereal 又完全沒有問題, 同樣都係用那一套的餐具

而家我哋啱 channel 咪得囉!
Amanda 都唔食粥.. 一餐都食唔到.. 我冇force 佢呀, as cereal 營養好過粥, so, let her be..
到Amanda 滿1歲就食 steam rice 喇.. process 好smooth..
你囡囡都已1歲, 冇需要 force 佢食粥呢..
as 佢根本唔 interested in, 不如 introduce 意粉, ABC 粉, 煮"林"小小.. 加小小雜豆, 肉碎.. 其中早餐加入麥皮/ 芝士三文治, 上午/下午茶食2 slices 水果加 1-2片 oreo cookies/ or other cookies.. 飲 dulited juice or 鮮奶, 晚餐如果佢一定要食 rice cereal 就尤得佢, 飽肚好重要, otherwise, 佢suppose 跟大人食steam rice, 食餸.. (用一碗加入熱水, 過去食物多餘味道)
小朋友有食rice cereal, 已有適量 sodium, potassium, chloride 同其他 electrolytes, Vitamin, protein in take, calcium 最好來自奶類, like 牛奶公同嘅 baby yogurt, 有好好calcium, Vitamin D, 同 calories.. best buy!!

聽完您對食物的建議, 我的心都定一點, 如果我跟據您的建議及配合亞囡現時的走勢,以下的安排, 可行嗎?

7:00am 早上起來 : 1 支奶 (formula milk)
期間 : Bread / 三文治 / EGG

11:00am午餐 : 意粉, ABC 粉, 或跟我食同類的東西

2:00pm 午睡前 : 1 支奶 (formula milk)
期間 : fruit / 餅

6:00pm 晚餐 : Cereal
期間 : 跟我們埋檯食餸

10:00pm 晚睡前 : 1 支奶

* Stream Rice 是甚麼? 是否爛飯仔, 還是烝飯呢? 點樣整?

(亞囡連續幾天都係午睡後 poopoo, 以及有時一天, 有時二天一次, 所以我暫定佢的 pattern 係午睡後 poopoo; 昨天她沒有給 signal, 所以我沒有讓她坐 potty, 今天應該係有 poopoo的, 所以在午睡後, 需然她沒有給 signal 我, 不過我幫她換片時, 就讓她坐坐 potty, 很快佢就有 poopoo 了. )

我今晚好開心, 一講開心都係 apple 在吃東西上有進步或突破, 希望您們唔會覺得無聊啦!!

呢份係 apple 今晚的晚餐 (番茄, 薯仔, 蛋黃, 湯, 麵線)

半個小時後, 佢食得七七八八了

我真係好希望, 佢轉入呢個食飯 (麵) + 送的階段能夠順利, 食得開開心心, 越來越進步. 多兩天, 或者會將麵轉為軟飯仔.
