其實我都知衰架喇, 不過, 尋日一知道失敗, 真係好 down, 所以控制唔到自己, 點都要一舊一舊魚生塞入個口, 嘻嘻.... 真係有d病態.
今日我已經冇再down 了, 所以我可以再次控制自己唔食生冷野架喇.

Maca
Maca is a wonderful superfood from Peru which helps to balance the hormones, increase egg health, increase sperm count and sperm health while also being a tonic for the endocrine system. Maca also helps to increase progesterone if the body is low in this important hormone. Maca comes in capsules, powder and tincture. It can be taken everyday.


Royal Jelly
Royal jelly is another fertility specific superfood which may help to increase egg health, quality of egg, and genreal fertility. Royal jelly is the food that is fed to the queen bee which is what makes her the queen bee. She goes on to live 6 years and lays up to 2000 eggs per day. Most bees live less than two months.

hi Suden,

I think you no need to take any supplement related to bee. Not so healthy instead. I would recommend to try 螺旋澡, esp after IVF/IUI for detoxifying. I will post more about it later!I did not buy it from best2u, mine is powder form. I drink with salt water in morning and sometimes drink it in evening with sweetener, but it is not so tasty!! Will email you where to get it!

很多有關蜜蜂products 係唔夠純度(even big brand and expensive one),好多被污染及有激素!So, don't take it to reduce risk!There are many other substitues!!

I ask my c6 to eat the rest and will not buy anymore. If you have time, you can read a book called 沒有果實的秋天!It tells all about bees!
Your c6 can also take spirulina instead!

1st IUI status report

6/8 IUI
7/8 無特別反應
8/8 下午開始發燒, 原來是患咗尿道炎
9/8 開始塞安胎藥, 要連塞13日, 早晩各2粒
10/8 肚谷谷, 有d m feeling
11/8 都係肚谷谷
12/8 成日肚谷谷, 晚黑又有肚風在肚&子宫到亂沖亂撞, 好辛苦
13/8 無事lu, 個肚雖然仲有少少谷, but Okay wow. (我有時懷而肚谷是自己的肚腩 ...)
14/8 肚好谷, 好擔心唔中時M 會超多, 我平時都成4HRS 換一次M巾, 睇來今次會仲多.
15/8 唔覺唔覺都成1個WEEK LA , 個肚今日完全唔谷LU ,but 呢幾晚9點多就想睡
16-17/8 呢兩日成日都隱隱約約咁有d抽住痛, 都唔知係咪心理作用
18/8 個肚又谷返la, 漲bo bo 咁
19/8 今朝偷步用綠d check, 有淺線ar


我會keep 住update, 雖然我知第一次bingo 的機會好低. (BUT c6話唔中就送部iphone 4 給我 )
