1) For the lunch, I would like to book 田園餐
2) 自選活動方面, I would like to have three of them which include III, IV & V(DIY系列四 - 肥皂製作)
That would require about 6 hours to complete all those task including the 農夫體驗. Also, I think the 自選活動I mentioned above is quite suitable for 1-3 years old kids. The above are only my suggestion. If the majority has other choices, I would not mind to join.
For the payment arrangement, I have no comment. I would follow your suggestion, please.

3. 回覆內容包括：
a. 確定預留營位
b. 三成訂金發票(After the site confirmed the booking of us. I'll given the A/C no. by PM to both of you.Pls transfer for the 30% deposit to my A/C on before 5th April.Then I'll prepare for the cheque and the take the photo of the cheque post in here.)
c. 入營須知 (will POST on my blog on BK)
4. 完成活動當曰繳付餘款 (the 70% balance will received on 9th April arrived the site.)

About for the transportation, I want to meet to the following:
大江埔村村公所門口 on 9:30am 9th April. After I confirmed the detail I'll PM my mobile to both of u. The site will sned a ppls to meet us on the 村公所門口 on around 10:00.
Had confirmed for this event 's booking to the site on this afternoon.
For the familys which will be attend, pls double check for your schedule and replied me to confimed your attend ,also pls remark as how many lunch set you need and which food and soap finally you want to do on the same message on here .Cos we need at least 30ppls arrived to the site on 9th and replied the fully details to the site on 4th.
This was the final confirmation to this event.Hope we won't had any more family will cancel for their attending on this event.
I'll cut off for this attention ppls counting on 2th April 24:00.
If still had more family want to joining us after this message,we also well come.But the time line also cut off on the 2nd 12:00.
For the payments will base on the information about the lunch set to counting .So after the time line cut off,I can concluding the total amount for each family then PM the detail to both of you.
Then pls transfer the 30% deposit to my A /C on or before 4th 12:00am.I 'll send out the cheque on 4th afternoon / 5th morning to the site.
I confirmed (2 adults and 1 three years old kid) will attend the activity, please. I suggest making ice-cream for part II. For the soap making in part IV, I agreed what you said before. The duration may be too long for the kids, so maybe the soap making can be cancelled.

i also think that the last item should be cancelled. it's too long for 1-3 yrs old children. they'll become very tired and sleepy.
