I lived in TKO, and I am planning to register in 贊育 too!!
If I go to private doctor's, can I tell the hospital that I have private doctor and I don't need to go there for check up? (I am now 25 weeks). What is the latest time that I need to go to 贊育 for check up? Becasue I am working too and can't afford to take too much time off.

you need to register at Tsan Yuk and hv your initial check up there (usually Sat AM). call to find out more info :2589 2236/2589 2100. after the 1st check up, they will re-direct to your local mother child health center fr follow ups, or if you are a civil servant or sibilings, you may "stay" fr the entire prenatal check up. my husband is a civil servant, so i had all my check up at Tsan Yuk. it will take around 1 1/2 hours every time including the wait.
I also live in Kowloon so we called a discount taxi to take us there when i was in labour as parking is very expensive at QMH....
