好好在家休息，其實我返工就成日偷偷地上呢到睇下大家d留言......he he

去旅行係一個好好散心的活動, 不過我諗我d屋企人不會再給我去，事關我在農曆新年去了曼谷，返來知道有左，跟住bb又無左，我屋企人又話係搭機d氣流影響個胎......不過諗返原來bb都曾經受同我地兩公婆去過旅行 :-P

好! 大家齊齊努力!!! 加油

我相信大家同時間有BB係會好開心，就算自己唔BINGO，見到大家有都會令自己多D希望同信心!

我諗搭機未必有關嘅. 我有個朋友30幾歲, 平時仲又煙又酒(有咗之後就唔食)都有個好精靈嘅女, 我見到都好羨慕.

Yesterday I went to see Dr. Yu, he's the most sincere with detail explaination that I never met before and I have a happy experience to meet him

Although my booking is 6:00p.m., my husband and I waited until 7:15p.m. Dr Yu said "sorry" to us which make us have a good impression on him. He comforted us and encourage us to have better planning in future. We met him and talked with him for about 30 minutes and he still looked very patient. Since I always aksed him the reason for my miscarriage, he told me that it's difficult to find out the reason except I have any series illness. According to Dr. Yu, HK's women is easy to have miscarriage, 1/6 chances. So he emphasized to me that don't think this sad experience anymore, the most important is my psychologically prepare well for the next BB.

Through the ultra sound my health condition is ok. It seems that his equipment is very morden, at least I can have my ultra sound outside on my stomach clearly can see the 子宮 with a close and large LCD screen. He explain detailly for 子宮's condition and guess that my m will come 2 weeks later. He told me that I can start to plan my BB again during Easter time

Maybe Dr. Yu found out I still have lots of worries, he suggested me to have "blood testing" again at the end of March after my 1st m had finished. He also gave me a big pack "葉酸" and suggested me to eat these pills daily.

After meeting Dr. Yu, I feel more confidence in planning BB again!!!

The cost to see Dr. Yu I think is reasonable, total $400($380 consultation fee +$20 medicine).

I highly recommend to see Dr Yu, he is patient, willing to answer question and ok handsome....

因我會在28/3去DR YU 覆診驗血，那時我應該來了M，所以我諗如果你過埋這星期M仍未到，都應該再去診所檢查!

不要太過擔心!!

各位,
我都想同大家分享我的經歷,我小產了4次,最後果次係今年1月24日,其實在第3次小產後,e生話我係屬於慣性流產,所以要驗胎&dna(但e生話有問題的機會好細),驗胎$1,000驗dna我同老公各$2,000,結果兩樣都無問題。
我在第2次小產後,是現在的e生發現我有多囊卵巢症,(之前兩次我睇過幾個e生,都冇發現我有此病),原來有此病會比一般人難懐孕及容易小產,因為卵子在不成熟或老化後排出,而又在此時同精子結合成孕,但卵子質素差,往往在懐孕7、8週就停止生長。
我第4次懐孕是做iui的,諗住今次d卵子質素好,e生又幫我補充黃体素(打針&塞藥),但小b仍然在8週停止生長..............
e生話慣性流產比起不孕更難揾出原因(其實要做的驗查我已做了),但我唔會放棄,我覺得我子宮環境不好影响bb生長,所以今次小產後,我立即揾中醫調理,希望半年後再做iui能成功有bb而又能生個健康的bb。
我祝福小產後的姊妹都能早日bingo,而且順利生個健健康康的小寶寶,大家一切努力呀

多謝你的分享及鼓勵! 除找中醫調理外, 運動都很有效的. 因為我有個朋友有子宮xx異位,做第3次ivf成功,佢話做第3次之前經常跑步,心情放鬆, 加霾所以得咗, 之後仲自然生多個. 你今次做足準備, 一定好快有個健康bb

此外, 想請問多囊卵巢症有何徵象? m唔準或cycle長(38days)會唔會係? Thank you!

....Thanks for your sharing information indeed! It seems Dr Yun is really a good doctor. I couldn't imagine a doctor can talk with a patient nearly 30 minutes for miscarriage! I always though a doctor shouldn't be willing to see miscarriage people as no great profit will be earned in short period of time. By the way, which clinic did you reach? TST or TKO? I originally want to see him but I know Dr Yun should be familiar with Dr Tung (the doctor I saw her before & after miscarriage) and this will make me embarrassed! Yes, Dr. Cheung also said子宮已經開始變厚，應該快有M. It really come today.... However, Dr Cheung didn't ask me to do any blood test wo ?!

其實我今次做iui前我都有做瑜伽差不多4個月,身體好左,連一向經期唔準既我,可以連續3個月都係同一日,所以運動對身體有好處,大家多d做運動啦！
多囊卵巢症的症狀是經期不準(我多數是有遲冇早)、肥胖以及在超聲波下可以見到好多卵泡,或者你睇吓呢個網

cherry06 話佢個case係"抗精子抗体",佢睇個醫師,食3個月療程就掂咗. 我自己都有睇過數個中醫,包括劉逢吉及趙少平, 但總覺得啲藥唔啱自己, 食咗暈, 但啲醫師又話冇嘢, 所以都想試吓呢個, 睇吓佢點講, 又希望可以調理啲m準啲.
