1. Finance controller x 1 (collect money, budget mgmt)
2. MCs x 2 (control run-down and hold the games)
3. Game Coordinators x 4 (plan and prepare games, prepare materials needed in the games)
4. Soveniour Coordinators x 2 (order/make soveniours, e.g. the photo pin and photo CD we had last year)
5. Freebies Coordinator x 1 (contact sponsors, able to make calls and follow-up)
6. Freebies Collectors x 3 (go to sponsor companies to collect gifts, prefer mums with car and available on weekdays)
7. Shoppers x 3 (help to buy lucky draw presents/game prizes, need to have cars as they need to bring the gifts to the party place)
8. Photographer x 1 (prefer digital camera with MANY memory)
9. Receptionists/Happy Lady x 3 (on-duty on party day to distribute name tag/presents, etc.)

I didn't attend last year b-day party, definitely i am willing to join in preparation for the coming one. Actually i'll change job in Apr, i am relatively free in now but not sure how things will be at my new workplace (say, i don't think i can go to the internet as free as now). Just let me know how i can help in these 2-3 weeks. Thanks!

As of now, the voting results can be found in my previous post. So, let's assume we will go for:

Time: 2-4pm (afternoon tea)
Venue: YMCA
Date: I will check with YMCA for the availability of the 3 dates (Jul 2, 9, 16) which have the highest votes.

Any more volunteer for helping and as committee members?

We need to check with the restaurant/hotel how many people the place could have. So, we are planning to set 100A as the first-cut first, people register after 100A will be put into waiting list until further notice.
