I found that my ratio for T18 is 1:160, thx!
Actually I asked sara_shu the ratio question since she did nifty....
If I were u, I would read the details about safeT21/nifty first. According to CUHK, safeT21\'s detection rate of T18 is 99.9%, which is almost equal to cvs/amniocentesis but without any miscarriage risk. However, if u accept that 0.5-1% of risk but not the 0.4% of false positive rate of safeT21(and $8000), do cvs/amniocentesis. And if unfortunately u got positive result from safeT21/nifty, u\'ll probably need to do cvs/amniocentesis to reconfirm.
