我d balance 好差架, tree post 都唔穩陣, 未必會跌, 但就好似八號風球下既tree 咁囉...



練多d, 練多d,....今日我地個instructor 話手力係重要,但係好多時用肚腩力轉化成重點(即係成日記住收緊肚腩)
