我都有join Physical and California 做gym,屋苑又有gym房& steam房。基本上我weekdays lunch time去3-4次California,做bodypump(舉重)、kickboxing、yoga and zumba dance,weekend去Physical做PT & zumba;weekday晚上得閑唔攰就落gym房踩cross-trainer(漫步機)45分鐘。
