我今晚同老公拍拖, 忍唔到, 食左好多野. 今次係我join左MSL之後偷食, 好內疚.....希望無增磅啦! :-(

你好乖呀!日日都做運動!你係去GYM做定係自己响屋企做呀?我最多都係响屋企踩30分鐘stepper咋,時間實在唔容許我去健身室做GYM :-( :-( :-( :-(

Dear All,
我由21/7開始, 就快完成1+1 的第一期, 不過真的要靠自己跟營養師的餐單及運動, 我已經少了8lbs , 但仍要好努力降低脂肪, 有時自己都好貪食及懶惰, 但真是有D犯罪感, 如果食多了就會做多2分鐘運動, 每次去見營養師都有D 怕 ,會諗著少d 就會輕D , 各位有沒有這樣做呢 ?
但真更怕自己不可以Keep 住!! 有沒有完成又Keep 得好好的分享下呢 ?

For my weight the heart rate is 131-150 per minute to burn fat...

I used a heart beat watch to count my heart rate while doing exercise.. more accurate ma!

M1290 has 2 portions of meat, 2 portions of carbohydrate, 1 portion of veggie and 1 portion of fruit for both lunch & dinner...

Breakfast only got 1 portion of milk + 1 portion of Carbo... quite hungry at lunch time ga...

i will separate the dinner time carbohydrate to eat during afternoon tea time so i won't feel too hungry...

MSL didn't offer me vegetable powder before... what is it?

The brand of the heart beat watch is POLAR, to be honest, i think it is quite expensive, around $18xx, my husband bought for me to encourage & support me to lose weight .... as i always tell him to support me ma, don't tempt me to eat.... i think u can buy similar watch from NIKE or other sports store...

If i am at home, i don't do marching as my heart rate won't be high enough... i will slow jog at the same spot or do some aerobic dance movements in order to increase my heart rate.... i didn't buy the stepper either...

我去屋企gym運動gar, 不過呢兩日又偷食又無做運動, 聽日去見營養師實重左.... :-(
