唔好意思咁多位，頭先收到我公的電，佢星期日來唔到個party(因為佢公司有的急野要做，所以星期日要返工仲要直落通宵)，nn我諗我個日可能幫唔到手，但係我都會2:00pm到，到時睇下我可以幫到乜野.......真係唔好意思

Sorry, jasonBB, as you have only paid for 2A1B, so, you could only bring 2 adults, i.e. you and your husband. It is a tea buffer, so, we need to count the headcount for paying the buffer fee, and we are already FULL-HOUSE, i.e. NO MORE SEATS spared for anyone else. Hope you could understand. If you have question, please call my mobile. Thanks.

I think I am the only one who have applied and paid for a seat for the maid before the deadline, as I will be the MC, I will let my maid take care of the baby.

NOTE - we will not allow anyone who is NOT registered to enter the cafe, one reason is that we don't have spared seats, another reason is for safety. We need to keep very strict as some other mama clubs reported that they have strangers coming in and stole things like camera/Digital videa recorder and purse and wallets....

我又突然o係度諗到, 唔知果日妳地自己會唔會帶相機呢!! 若果每個家庭自己本身都有相機時, 影單獨自己個家庭時, 就比個攝影師用來影, 一來可減輕攝影師既(memory stick)既儲存量, 他們可以留返來影多d集體相 & 花絮相, 我怕佢地唔夠memory stick, 二來燒碟又可燒小d, 除非冇帶相機才用攝影師部相機, 唔知咁好唔好呢?? 請各位媽咪比d意見!

BB選舉

當日接待處會擺放”一個最出位BB選舉投票箱 及 “其餘3項選舉的登記表格”, 此3項選舉每項只限20位家庭參加(先到先得報名), 而每組家庭只可參加此3項選舉其中一項選舉!

所有項目會於正式比賽前5-10分鐘停止報名!

比賽次序為:
(1) 最出位/最有性格bb ~ 即BB當日表現突出令人有深刻印象, 例如全場笑面迎人/喊聲驚人/古靈精怪…
(2) 最孖公仔 ~ 大家可以在會場內搵一個同自己BB似樣既B參加孖公仔選舉, 之後再由其他家庭投票
(3) 最Daddy/Mami餅印
(4) 最佳造型

比賽開始, 司儀首先宣佈第1及第2名”最出位BB勝出者”, 最出位BB勝出者could not enter the remaining 3 competitions. 之後便是孖公仔選舉(如此類推), 司儀會順序叫出參賽家庭上台及舉牌, 直至該項參賽家庭全部上台後, 台下家庭便可將”心水投票紙”放入歡樂小姐的投票箱內, 收集後由司儀宣佈結果!

(注意: 每一項選舉台下每組家庭只可選出一位心水參賽者, i.e. 1 set of voting papers will be given to 1 family as a whole)

(注意: we will use the registration numbering system for voting, i.e. put the registration number of the 心水參賽者 on the voting papers. For 最孖公仔, pls put 2 numbers of the 孖公仔 onto the voting papers)

2:45-3:15pm (30min) - 遊戲時間: 集體遊戲, 跳舞
3:15-3:50pm (35min) - 齊齊做BB手仔/腳仔印模, 進餐或影相
3:50-4:30pm (40min) - 4個 <全場最??>選舉頒獎
4:30-5:15pm (45min) - 唱生日歌, 切蛋糕, 團體相
5:15-5:30pm (15min) - 準備收拾離開

Anytime (3 hours) - tea buffet, sleeping, drinking milk, changing diapers, taking photos, etc.

BB手仔/腳仔印模
Plan Description: 齊齊做BB手仔/腳仔印模(約35分鐘), 巳参加的家庭自備印模。 沒有参加此項目的家庭可自由安排, 如進餐/影相等

生日蛋糕
Plan Description: 預計須要8個8”-10”大的生日蛋糕. AJ, pauling, koko39, Hackenma will make 4 cakes

派對照片
Plan Description: 邀請5位攝影機幫手, 每個家庭出示”影相券”後, 會有8-10分鐘任影時段。 若以全部家庭計算此項安排需約2小時, 餘下1小時就用作集體合照
及攝影師進餐時段。 所有原大少的相片將於生日會結束後will be burned into CDs and distribute to each mum

安排集體遊戲或跳舞項目
Plan Description:
- Group Dance - We could plan some dancing musics and do the dancing with babies, e.g. Head-Shoulder-Knees-and-Toes

(1) Need 1 mum to be in-charge of the seating plan, arrive before 2pm
- In-charge: 731mom (ok)
- Task: make sure the seats are arranged in the way we want

(2) Need 1 mum to brief camera-men about arrangement and run-down, arrive before 2pm
- In-charge: 731mom (ok)
- Task: to coordinate all photo-taking activities and explain to the camera-men the run-down
- Reminder: pls ask the camera-men to arrive before 2pm as well, they need to understand the floorplan and arrangement, and take photos of the helpers' activities before party starts

(3) Need the receptionists before 2pm
- In-charge: HA's sister, Hackenma's sister and Hackenma's sister's friend
- Note - I think we need 3 people at the reception, so, I tick out francisca as she could then spend more time to take care of baby. Thanks, francisca, for volunteering to help with the reception work. I think we could have those who do not need to carry baby to help with this task
- Task: start preparing the reception desk, e.g. (i) the sign in list, (ii) the name tags, (iii) the Club Vendome form/gift, (iv) the GC discount coupon, (v) Huggies forms. I guess we will have people arriving well before 2:30pm

(4) Need 2 mums/dads to decorate with balloons (both Hydrogen and regular) and banner, arrive at 1:45pm
- In-charge: francisca's husband (ok), wyk's husband (ok), could use camera-men as back-up (ok)
- Note - I have a pump and I will bring to the party
- Note - Giggsmom sponsors 一袋半

I remember 731mon also told me that the camera-men will arrive early as well... I will call canny when the van arrives Jordan and ask her to coordinate the people in Cafe (whoever has time) to come down and get the bags/boxes/
