Hi YanYan, as an internal control, there must be someone to approve the transactions you made. The guy, probably your boss/supervisor, should be responsible to explain any incompliance to standard. Don't worry! If you are a QA and the transactions are illegal, you may have to consider change your job. Usually, we would ask for written supportings from our boss for abnormal entries.
