Victoria is far away from home arrr... I'm looking for playgroups in Kowloon Tong or Shatin... such as Kingston or 'Ho See Kwong' in Shatin. When will u let Alicia to start her playgroup life? 12 months old?
FYI, except 'Ga Man Fa Yuen', all the flats in Cox Road are owned by one 'billionare' and are on lease only. If u want to purchase flat nearby the area you like... (I know laaa) you can try 'victoria height' (but do look at those flats which face 'victoria harbour' boh... coz the layout the the flats are much much better than those facing to the 'tai kwok tsui')
Most of the flats near to the place your like are over 20+ or 30+ years of history ... so not much choice for you gaaa...
