I also haven't joined the PTA class yet as always full... also no time law..

I will join the 體適能指導 tomorrow which is only 15 mins... don't know what it is about... have u joined this one yet?

As advised by dietitian, quick march can be done in my home once I cannot go to gym, but it spends 1 hr. My problem why I cannot go to gym because I have no time.. if I can spare 1 hr I think I go to the exercise at gym (since the gym room at club house )

點解妳地可以一個月減到8至9磅咁快既,但係我成半個月只得1.5磅,好慘呀!點追都追唔到妳地啦!

I took about 1 1/3 bowls of 螺絲粉 before cooking!! I have also measured the portions after boiling them. The taste is quite good, but, if you want to make it, I suggest you taking the juice from 1.5 lemons and olive oil!!

800, 你有無留意食物的份量啱唔啱? 我起初join時因為有時食多左唔知, 所以重左2磅. 營養師後來叫我食三文治餐, 因為份量唔會錯, 就即刻瘦左3磅. 同埋一定要做運動gar!如果你唔落磅,營養師會同你改餐單, 或者食特別餐,你有無試過呀?

1750應該係代表每日吸收的卡路里, 通常我食1520作為基本, 1至2日會食特別餐, 或低少少的餐單, 我尋日食1520, 今日食1370, 聽日食1120, 而星期四又會食返1520.

通粉同螺絲粉凍食都無問題, 不過要注意有無落醬

As i am quite heavy at the beginning, so it is easier for me to lose weight during 1st month... also, i am quite careful of what to eat from Mon - Fri, sometimes i might eat more during weekends law...

I agreed with teresalok620 that eating sandwich is a good way to lose weight... but u can't add butter / salad dressing in sandwich law... don't feel unhappy, u will definitely lose more weight in coming days!

My normal meal plan is M1900, i will eat M1290 once a week, sometimes add sandwich meal law...

我係JOIN左7加2, 不過只係得30磅, 因為我去到140停左一段長時間, 後尾終於落到, 跟住而家又停左係130唔落....

可能係我做運動唔夠心跳率, 所以我就算日日做都無咩效用!

所以黎緊我都唔知我再JOIN, 但係運動方面....都唔知可以點....

7 months is a long time to lose weight wor... really need more determination & endurance... my plan is 5+2, i am afraid i won't have so much control after the 3rd month of weight loss...

U can use a heart beat watch, i find it very useful to measure the heart rate so i won't slow down during exercise... :-P :-P

冇咩點解架....純粹想休息吓再參加咋....反正我自己都有七折 + coupon....應該唔洗好貴....最主要係自己想休息吓啫..你知架啦...一參加就要跟足...冇啖好食嘛....咪放縱多半個月囉....
