For Victoria, yes, according to the teachers there, they told me only one adult could go inside the classroom with the kid. It operates like a Kinder instead of the playgroup, as 12-18m are still too young, that's why they allow 1 adult to join to take care of the kid. After 18+ m, they suggest no adult inside the room.
wyk, my question was referring to the student no. As you suggested following the party seating no., however, if some mums did not join us at party, they don't have the seating no. from the party... so, cannot assign student no. to them...???
