better to do the stomach check asap. Take meals on time, don't skip any meals or delay taking the meals.

Tks for the care!

I trust the reason of my probable stomach ulcer is improper diet, irregular or skipped meals.

Hv checked that Stress does not cause an ulcer, but may be a contributing factor.

Time to check check... esp when we're getting old!!

I am a very nervous type of man since I was in primary (I recalled my first stomach ache is in P4). Think too much since young, worry everything, even misc stuff (like what to eat the next day ）Then followed by bad eating habits - chips, fries, instant noodle (5 times a week at least) + 不斷節食（just skip it/ once a day/ 減肥餐單...) My stomach ache can last for a day , while I got used to it for some time...I finally went for a 照胃鏡 7-8 years ago and confirmed I got a stomach ulcer at 胃頸.

Budget Highlights

1. revert marginal tax rates and tax bands to 2002-2003 level:
1st 35,000 2%, next 35,000 7%, next 35,000 12% and remainder 17%.

2. child allowance from HK$40,000 to HK$50,000 (additional one-off child allowance of HK$50,000 for each child in the year of birth)

3. Self education allowance from HK$40,000 to HK$60,000

4. waive 50% of salaries tax and tax under personal assessent assessed for 2006-07, subject to ceiling of HK$15,000. Waived amount will be deducted from taxpayer's final tax payable for that year.

5. waive rates for the 1st 2 quarter of 2007-8 subject to a ceiling of HK$5,000 a quarter.

using our middle class's money to those lazy and mostly China's people. encourage them to come and resident at HK.

$1.5 bln = $15 億 !

Then "to strengthen elderly care and support services :
- an additional $38 mln to 156 elderly centres (= average $243,590@) to enhance their outreach programmes to provide assistance to more elderly singletons;
- an additional $16 mln to provide additional subsidised residential care places in new purpose-built care homes for the elderly
- allocatin of $96 mln over 4 yrs (ie $24mln per yr) to implement a trial scheme in 2 districts to provide one-stop support services to elderly dischargees in need

Total $ = $150 mln = $1億 5千萬
= 1/10 or 10% of the 1 additional month of standard rate payments for CSSA recipients !!



有乜理據要俾多1m佢地 ?
