謝謝你呀,雖然我地冇見面,但係度可以同你傾計已經好開心,因為有人同我分享ma.....
現在我真真正正感受到做母親o既偉大,領會到養兒一百歲,長憂99這個道理呀,bb仲係我個肚裡面已經驚咁多野,佢出來之後仲要驚更多....不過我都係覺得係天意,上天要比考驗我都冇辦法,我只可以去接受同面對.....
我仲要面對男家這邊o既人,我打算下個月先同佢地講,因為我現在剛剛六個月,起碼這段時間比我平伏同埋知道多o的有關這方面資料先,見左醫生先.....
我當然好想佢去私家醫生到做,安全感都大o的啦,因為這個醫生是我婦科醫生介紹,好出名的,係養和醫院主診,但我估吾平law,因為我地錢銀有限,吾知可吾可以負擔到,所以我星期五會見下佢同佢傾下先,叫佢比我地意見,同埋睇埋bb情況先law.....而我明天放工之後都會去有關裂唇協會到睇下有關資料,等我資多o的有關o既野,個心都定o的ma,

I went to see my doctor last Sat. Since I went to PWH for OSCAR test and the middle term ultrasound scan, this is the first time I see her since my first baby is born.

She said my two babies are too close (22 months apart). Since I have breastfed my first baby for 10 months and pregnant right after that, she advise me to drink at least "3 PACKS OF MILK" per day to keep my calcium balance. That would kill me. I hate to drink milk.

I remember someone else here is also having a second baby. In case your two pregnancies are also very close, please also consider to drink more milk.

That's what my doctor said. But I think it is sensible.
Since we may not be fully recovered for our nutrient reserves after the first pregnancy, so it would be much better we can get more nutrients, calcium in particular.

I have started that from yesterday. I feel so bloated since I hate milk. I think I will switch for 2 milk and 1 Ca-C1000 every other day.

I have asked her whether it would be harmful to baby or just myself if I do not follow the instruction. (Cos I don't care about myself so much as my baby. I may consider ignoring the instruction if it is just harmful to myself.) But she said lack of calcium in mother is harmful for both the fetus and mother cos we are linked up.

BTW, how much weight gain you have so far? I just get 10 more pounds.

如果真係好唔想飲奶，你都要食好多硬豆腐、芝士等來代替。醫生同護士都係為你們好呀!

而且香港女人普遍吸收唔夠鈣，不論是否懷孕，往往達唔到recommended daily intake。老來患骨質疏鬆的機會很高。

不要說什麼"I don't care about myself..."呀，請容我不客氣地說一句，每個人都最應該為自己的健康負責，好似我奶奶咁，才65歲，家陣社會算"後生"啦，但係就周身無名腫痛，骨質疏鬆只係其一，全因後生唔保重。咪以為係佢的事呀，佢係你奶奶，你估你老公會唔會唔理佢呀，你自己做心袍都唔忍心啦。我的意思係，既然大家都咁鍚自己的子女，除了在子女小時比最好的東西他們，亦不可忽視自己的健康，好讓各位老來做個健康快樂的長者，咁先係比我們的子女最大的禮物呀!!!!

Thank you for your advice. I am starting the 3-pack-of-milk-a-day gar lah. I hope both my baby and I can have healthy body lah. hehe

I know the importance of calcium intake during pregnancy. That's why I am writing here to alert the other mother, esp. those who have multiple pregnancies which are quite close together. Dear mothers, let's work hard for both ourselves and our babies.

...... i got almost 20 pbs already and so start to keep a more balanced diet. I feel very painful on the two sides of legs due to the heavy weight and so I will take your advice to take at least 3 cups a day.

Today, I talk to a westerner and she told me that during her pregancy, she get 1L of milk per day. Maybe HK woman are really intake too little Ca.

Let's try and enjoy the milk!

Which doctor you visit now? Have you still gone to PWH?

I am trying very hard to take the 3 packs per day. But 3 packs is just 236ml x 3 = 708ml. Still a bit lower than your friend's intake of 1L. I also plan to breastfeed this second baby so I should try even harder. And don't forget we will have two small babies to take care of. Let's work hard for our babies and ourselves.

How much weight gain did you get last time when your first baby was born?
My last time weight gain was 23lbs. And my baby was 6lbs10oz, a small size baby.
I hope this time my weight gain will be more than last time. I think around 30lbs will be perfect.

My doctor is Dr Ophelia Chan in Mongkok. I will only visit PWH when I am 36 weeks cos they have detected a little bit heart beat abnormality when I was 16 weeks and would like to carry out some heart examinations on me and would like to check me again before labour to make sure I am alright.

我現在24週4day,我重左19磅,是否正常呢,
吾知係咪七個月打後會重我更加快呢,我都好希望自己重25-30磅到啦,上次去照私家,醫生話bb現在有磅幾(550克),是否正常呢

我都係24週，重左16磅，BB有729克。我唔知係咪正常，只係醫生都無comment。好多人都話7個月打後BB會長好多肉。

不過，我上星期好慘，23週有"宮縮"的現象，BB調曬頭，仲去到好低，個肚又痛又實。醫生話作早產，比粒藥我鬆番，同埋要瞓床一星期，即只準坐或卧。直至前日去覆診，上番的咁多，唔再痛，不過都唔敢四圍去。局限於少於5分鐘路程的地方，如自己的會所。

Hi, 我係2月19號預產期0既megabee. 近排都好少上黎討論區, 所以都無見到你message. 或者以我經驗, 可以俾d安心你.

其實我本人都有cleft palate. 中文應叫裂 "鱷"...同免唇一樣, 不過無裂出黎, 係口腔內的 "鱷"骨, 分開兩邊. 我細細個一歲時候已經做左手術. 一切順利. 除左細細個講野時會漏風唔清楚, 隨住年齡愈大, 講野會愈黎愈好. 到而家一切都無問題, 同正常人一樣.

你放心啦. 據我所知而家免唇手術已經比我幾十年前進步好多. 做左之後效果同正常人無乜分別. 我有左bb之後一直都好擔心bb會唔會遺傳到cleft palate, 幸好照過無事. 我醫生都同我講即使有, 而家醫學昌明都係好minor problem. 既然幾個醫生都係咁講, 我都無將件事擺晌心.

所以, 你放心安胎. 唔好將件事當做係乜缺陷. 媽媽態度, 好影響胎兒架. 最醫要你俾信心佢. 開開心心, 佢一切都會感應到!

謝謝你同我分享呀,我bb是有外表問題,但你就吾同只是內裡,表面係睇吾到,仲可以厄到人ma....其實我真係好驚吾知點面對男家這邊o的人,最擔心o既當然吾知點面對bb....佢一出世就咁o既樣,我怕嚇親其他人呀....
上星期我見左個係養和做主診的兒科醫生,佢同我講叫我吾好擔心,其實係一個好簡單o既手術,係bb三個月到就可以做...但由bb出世到三個月你叫我面對....佢咁吾靚仔....
上次照超聲波就大約1mm闊,但兒科醫生話一切都係仲早,有好多野都要bb出世之後先可以作準,因為bb係我個肚不斷大ma,佢個嘴仔都吾斷郁,佢話吾好介意個闊度,跟本就吾重要,佢仲話最緊要你做父母o既去接受,比其他人用更加多時間去照顧去,三個月其實好快過呀,暫時醫生就話我bb只是裂唇,顎就冇事.....佢話顎有事係餵食時就會更加小心law
我真係好驚呀,我都知我這段時間要開開心心,等bb出世,因為我現在可以做o既野都做晒,老公就話你預左生bb的話就要預左有問題發生,世事o既野好難講ma...佢話bb冇論點都係自己骨肉,佢話吾開心當然有,但現在只可以做o既就係接受同面對,等bb健健康康出世,等佢快o的可以做手術....
我都知老公好擔心我,佢吾開心仲要安慰我.....
我上星期去左裂唇協會到見下社工,同過來人o既家長傾計,個心情都舒服好多.....

No lah. Trust me. You will feel the opposite. No matter how he looks, you will feel that he is the most handsome guy in this world, even more so than your husband.

When my first baby was born, I always feel that she was so lovely and beautiful. In fact, when I take her newborn pictures out and review, I cannot stop laughing at myself as she looked like a little monster. Of course, she is looking much better now.

Your husband's attitude is so right. Think more about his words.

But you may need professional help on how to feed a cleft lip baby. I recalled I have seen tv programme about the difficulties of a cleft lip baby to be fed. I can imagine the milk may leak out. Maybe you will need some professional device. Have you got the info from the Association you mentioned?

我都明白自己仔女冇論佢係點都係父母心目中係最靚,最好
o既,我老公都講得對,你一係吾生,你生就預左要面對吾同o既問題,現在這是小問題,外表問題,加上兩三個月可以做手術補救.....我上星期有去見兒科醫生同埋去左裂唇協會到聽多o的有關這方面資料,只是我個心仲好擔心,其實我現在要做o既野都做晒呀,現在只可以等待健康o既bb出世law....
兒科醫生已經教我點養去照顧佢,做完手術要點樣護理,只是餵奶問題law,比一般的小朋友時間長.....
