Thanks for your prayer and yes, I agree what u said, I can't accept the maid doesn't like Andrea. Though she did nothing wrong (but slow, absent-minded, no communication with Andrea,etc), it maybe too cruel to fire her. For my benefit, this is the only way...

Today I've interviewed a Fillippino who has been working in HK for 5 yrs. Her employer speaks highly of her.

I'm quite satisfy with her. Within 2 hrs, Andrea already get used to play with her and hold her hands even I was there (I pretended reading book at the sofa, and told Andrea if she wanna play, the new maid can play with her).

When we left home, Andrea also hold hands with the new maid to carpark. It really surprise me 'coz Andrea doesn't like carpark, most of the time she'll want me to hold her only

Tomorrow the new maid will have another 2 interviews, hope I don't need to search another new maid lah

Dear All,

I am so exhausted. Tasha had been hospitalised again!:-( :-( :-( She has just been discharged from the hospital today.

Well... she took the flu vaccine on last Tue afterschool. Then started to have fever on Wed, on Thurs morn she had pretty low fever (around 100), then all of a sudden temperature raised and she had a mild seizure again, her hands, feet, chin and lips turned blue. I called the doc and gave her the seizure medi straight away and she seemed better after a while. But the fever didn't stop, it roar up to 107

, the doc ask me to give she a anal medi regardless that I had just gave her a low fever medi in less than 1.5 hours' time. Then I rushed her to the hospital. Thank God that my parents are with me at that time! Doc said she is suffering from a mild bronchitis, therefore she's not allowed to go to school until next Mon.

Dear friends, do you know what I can do or use or cook for her in order to totally recovered from the bronchitis? Many of my friends babies suffer from the cough for a long long time.

107 is really high fever, how long she stayed in hospital? anyway, glad that Tasha is alright now, take good care!

When Andrea having cough, I'll make apple+carrot+川貝 juice for her; soup will be 青紅蘿蔔+羅漢果+pork bone. Not sure if it's also good for bronchitis, maybe you can ask comment from 中醫.

I interviewed another good one via my church, She's Fillippino, Christian. I talked to her employer and comment is okay. I believe I'll have another candidate this Thursday and I can confirm the new maid within this week. Wish me luck lah

Anson is going to be an elder brother la. Though the little one is not expected, we are all very happy to have this new member soon. So recently, I feel very tired and couldn't eat well. Hope this syndrome will be gone soon.

It's really a long time i didn't come up la.Coz i just settled down of my move and fixed my computer.
Sorry to hear that mamy babies are getting sick. Beware of the weather!!!!

Ralph is getting naughty everyday. Totally out of my control. The worst things is he doesn't know what is the meaning of danger!!!!! Yesterday he went to toilet and drunk the toliet water!!!!

Really don't know how to teach him????

Sorry to hear that tasha is getting sick. How's she now? Last time Ralph also got a mild of bronchitis.
The doc gave him the medicines of "Singulair" and "Matin" .All these can relax the tightly bronchus.
Beware of the " bronchitis" If treat it not well , it's quite easy to become "asthma".
Hope tasha get well soon.

long time no chat lah!! 做了full time mama就來半年, 可能honeymoon period過了, 最近開始有點低落. 對住活潑好動的囝囝, 有點透不氣過來...

他發脾氣時喜歡打人, 扔野, 罰他, 打他, 過後仍是如此, 真有點洩氣.

you're not alone ar, Andrea is also very very naughty. In playgroup, a mom asked me if Andrea is also "active" at home, which my answer is "even worst"

Actually, Andrea is getting better in playgroup , she's still an active student but more discipline lah

And she talked a lot, though not accurate pronounciation, and I'm almost the only one who know what she's talking, I'm very happy to talk with her

you are right, this is not the first time Tasha's been hospitalised. That's why I think she recognised the nurse in the hospital and had also behave much better this time. Poor thing, hope the seizure business won't reoccured again lah!

Tasha is much better now. Went to see the doc last Thursday, the cough has changed to allegic cough now therefore she was given another week medicine mainly to release her bronchi. I think I may bring he to see the doc again tommorrow to see if the lung is better cos I don't wanna take another x-ray for her. Arrgggh!!! $$$ flies again!!

the doc also gave her a week of Singulair this time along with another allegic cough medicine. Just finished the treatment for the cough media and started to give her the chinese monkey medi this morning.
BTY, what did you do to clear Ralph's cough last time?

Ha Ha, he is really naughty!! Although I also think Tasha is extremely naughty when she's with me but it's different from Ralph. She only put her hand in the toilet bowl once when she was younger to wash them, but she always plays with my dog's water (for washing hands and face) once she got the chance.

You know, our babies are old enough to give us big big headaches now. Esp. we have to think of different ways to tackle different problems. Very tiring indeed.

Thanks for asking after me! I'm now much better as it's almost 12 wks pregnancy. In fact, the worst thing was that I had my stomach ache again after I got pregnant this time. That makes me can't sleep well and can't eat well :-( . And yet, I have to take care of Anson, that really make me very tired. I hope the bad syndrome will be all gone very soon.

Yeh, I think every kids are naughty, esp boys. But I think we can't '以暴易暴'. As I experienced before, when Anson was very naughty, I scolded and hit him. But it didn't change him to a good boy, worst still, he was getting much more naughty, even challenged me by being naughty in front of me purposely.

Then my sister (being 旁觀者), she advised me that his temper was learning from me (as a full time mom, because I'm the one he sees most in the day). Then, I changed the attitude towards Anson. Not scolding him being naughty, just stopped him from doing something I don't like and told him why I don't like. I was calm and polite to him. At first, he was very surprised why mami not scolding him. Of course, this won't work in a short time. We have to have 200% patience to them. Sometimes, if I can't hold my temper, I would remind myself that I chose to be a full time mom just want him to have a happy childhood, then, I would be more relax to him. I hope we can share more later.

Never mind! I'm not in a hurry! U can give me anytime when u're ready! The most important thing is that u've to take care of yourself. Understand that taking care of Anson is really a heavy workload during your pregnancy. Hope all the bad syndrome will be all gone very soon!

Little Ralph is really 古惑! Sorry that i can't stop laughing when reading your message. The naughty behavior of our children really made us 唔知好嬲定好笑! I watch "Child of a time" before, there is a boy in the program who is really active, but after taking 魚肝油, he got some improvement. I don't remember that there is some kind of material which make childeren have higher concentration. You may consult doctor about it. Also put less sugar / favor in their meal will make them less hyper. You may try to see if Ralph got some improvement. Understand that u must be very tired.

Hoi Lam is naughty sometimes, i use to punish her to stand at the naughty corner when she did something wrong. It works on her before. But now she'll keep doing what i stop her to do and go to the naughty corner by herself and keep laughing to me.

Therefore i have to find out another way to punish her now! Since babies keep growing, and we have to keep updating our strategies!! They really make us so busy.

What's a clever HH! I also enjoy talking w Lam Lam, i'm teaching her to say Hoi Lam instead of Lam Lam, when i said "Hoi", she'll say "Lam" instead of follow my wording!!

But the happiest thing is that she start to say "ee", "伯伯", "叔叔", "姐姐" etc by herself when she see somebody passing by. Although sometimes she will call a young man "伯伯" instead of "叔叔".

Dear All,

Just wanna let you know that Tasha has stopped coughing now, but still have some phelgm in the lung, therefore the doc gave her another week of Singulair. Hope this will clear them out.
Will bring her for another checkup after the doc's vacation.
I'm giving her some 潤肺soup daily to help clearing the lung.

Last Sat, Andrea hurt my 眼結膜 (瞳孔最外層), almost half of it was hurt. Fortunately, Dr said it's the quickest recover organ of our body. So after 2 days "blind life" (can't open the other eye as well), now I'm totally recovered, so scary
