Sorry to interrupt you gals! My husband & I , my golden retriever will move to Brisbane for good. But I used to be in melb, I m not too familiar with Brisbane. & would like to meet some new friends too, we do not hv kids right now, but planning have it this year . Hi everyone,
我先生想回流Brisbane,十年冇返過黎,以前得佢,現在一家四口,plan都有排plan!
想問大家取多d經先!!
我哋有對仔女,女7歲,仔2歲,邊區学校較好?我哋$唔多,老公話過去先揾野做.同埋我99成家都係果度,so they want us to come back too. 其實我都有d驚,但佢d性格係咁,no planning, so 由未住過Aussie 的我plan. Fine!
如要租屋,有咩程序and 申請入学又有咩程序呢?我有超多問題,希望大家唔嫌我煩

Pls suggest and help me! I need your helping hands!

if your 99 is here, it is good for you at the beginning
it is hard to rent a house if you have no job and rental record
it is hard to get on full-time job and also depend what type of job you searched

if you want to rent a house, we go to here : http://www.realestate.com.au/rent
you can go to open house or call agent
then submit the application form with income prove and past rental record
wait the Landlord to approve
but there are so many people applying the same house together after open house, so not easy to success

I have no idea 邊區学校較好,
申請入学 - call your catchment public school and make a appointment, interview,
public school must offer a place for your kids
2 yrs old only go to childcare, but very expensive, around AUD70-80/day
you can get childcare benefit if you fulfill the requirement

我唔多緊張阿女D成績，我又冇銀，所以我個女都系讀公立學校，我就好彩，盲中中又入左間好學校，傻人有傻福呱。。。我個女果間中學排名唔錯，都有30分喔，嘻嘻:lol

我老公成家以前都讀私校,大伯個仔(8歲)依家都係,幾年前叫我哋拎咗好似叫st.Peter Primary School張表都比咗AUD$100!我心諗學費都唔平,所以冇交。有錢不如係香港讀哈羅仲好! 想小朋友讀書開心D但又唔洗比好多$,係HK,連做mami都好大壓力...
開頭会住99度(啩),之后再諗,但係對我黎講最大影响,我驚我適應唔到

,同埋驚比咗錯嘅選擇佢哋,所以學校好緊要!!
另外學課外活动如何?難唔難揾中文老師?係HK亞女有玩樂團,呢邊有冇比小學生玩的orchestra?Syndey 有間Suzuki School 好好,唔知Brisbane有冇呢?

亞仔如果唔去childcare,幾歲先入學,係咪Grade 1開始?

Sorry,其实一個月生活費大概如何?(我知多有多洗,少有少洗)

學校D野我幫你唔到啦，我個女中學啦，我好彩個女入左間好學校。

至於使費，你99 & 大伯一家都響澳洲，有冇問過佢地俾d 意見呢，我個人睇，開支有以下幾種（所有開支以“澳幣”計）：

（1）租金：unit or house，視地區唔同，價錢差好遠，$300 -- $500 / per week

（2）手機，你可以上google 搵到資料，我初初來都系自己上網搵架，月費 $19 -- $89 / per month, 有pre-paid and cap（通常簽24 months 約，有手機送）；

（3）水費租屋唔使交；

（4）電費、gas，我兩個人，冇冷氣，$50 – $60 /per month

（5）揸車，我返工要揸30分鐘，油錢大約 $30 --$50 / per week, 我架細車， 1.4L油缸；保險費每月$80; 車牌費 $700 左右一年；

（6）上網，每月$29--$109，你要自己上網搵下邊間平，我家陣用$99 /permonth, 無限上網 & 無限電話通話費（限澳洲國內）

（7）食物，好難講啦，我同個女兩個人，每周上超市都要$100 左右，仲未計平時湊放學買D野食啦，通常日日放學行商場都會使個$20左右；澳洲學生每年有4個 term，每個term 都有2-3個星期假期放，都幾攞命。。。

（8）其它仲有個人醫療保險啦、家居保險啦、人壽啦，呢D太多唔同價錢啦，你要自己上網慢慢look look，比較下，我就全部冇買，所以慳返呢筆~~

仲有冇其它野，我漏左D話，等其它媽咪補充啦。。。。。。

p.s. 教中文？我家陣有私人上門幫小朋友學中文，放心，我有cert架，我系國家一級證書（失禮失禮:lol），響香港我已經教“煲冬瓜”幾年啦，你到時搵我都得，俾個“ BK 媽咪優惠價” 又點話，你怕怕都可以上中文報紙搵，呢度中文報紙免費，不過我冇登廣告，靠學生家長介紹:lol；仲有，都有D私人辦的中文學校，好似Saturday & Sunday 可以送去上堂，價錢我唔知，問下其它媽咪有冇人去上過。

if your son do not go to childcare, he can go to pre when he is 4
