I joined Planet Yoga & Pure Yoga (hot yoga) before, both of 2 are good but expensive, I'll suggest you to join either:-
- Physical (so many branches & cheaper)
- Fitness First (a branch in NP)
- Modern (also cheap)

agreed w. vvbb, relax, try to leave lunlun to the maid, you just go to MT/tea with them....your maid can't do anythings because everytime when lunlun cried & asked your hug, you are all accepted, that's why lunlun don't want to stay w. maid cos he is very very sure you'll not & never reject him!!! So don't blame your maid la...she 'e lai' you to look after lunlun, no confidence, lazy... but please try to trust she can do it... (I also want my boss trusts me I can handle everythings...no query...).
sometimes when heib insists me to feed her, etc. I'll reject & tell her jenie can help her cos I'm busy in somethings...

how is yan yu this morning? no fever? if still have, you may try to use the water to clean her body (let the temperature to be lower), my way is also add 1 drop of peppermint oil.... it's work for heib.
