你要買梅頭有骨豬扒先好味架,我自己就先拍鬆豬扒,用老抽、生抽、糖、旦白醃,煮前30min加麻油、少少油同生粉,
煎時先用大火煎香兩邊鎖住肉汁,再中慢火煎熟,次次都好淋呀!
