I like World Vision, Oxfarm, Orbis, 靈實 as I share the same vision with them, "Help others to help themselves". I have been the donors of these organization for many yrs la.
Working in charity is so meaningful but I believe it is not easy though, especially organizing some fund-raising event. My view is: if u could locate a Famous person to run the event, the impact is good. At lease, more exposure and awareness to the public.
Firstly, Song Song closed her ears and refused to listen and speak in English bcz the 1st helper was Indonesian, speaking Cantonese. It takes a few weeks for her to acept this new language. She now sometimes can link up the volcab into a sentence in English to the helper. She now enjoys speaking English tim.
Kid is very easy to take up new things ga, just try to make it interesting.
