Dear all,

今日已經係打排卯針之後我第十七日, 雖然我同自己講都預左會失敗, 十二月乖乖地去照輸卯管,但呢幾日都不知不覺地好緊張, 前兩晚還瞓得不太好. 昨晚我睡前祈禱, 求神幫我去放鬆心情, 成功與否都交給神帶領, 祈禱後昨晚睡得不錯呢, 我好唔想自己比o甘大壓力自己, 我要學習去慢慢調較自己的心思.

多謝你們的禱告, 天父是有聽的. 昨晚我也是祈求希望半夜不肚痛, 能安睡到早上. 果然我瞓了9 小時, 早上血也少了

照了ultrasound, 幸好胚胎仍在, 只是黃體少了令另一邊開始脫落形成血, 胚胎著床那邊都完正. 由於剛6wk未見到心跳, 醫生要星期六複診, 到時有無心跳都係看bb 自己的生命力. 希望各位繼續為我bb禱告.

Origins, totally understand your feelings, we have all gone through this stage.

Manwah, thanks for your sharings, I understand, just pray that I totally leave it to our God. Pray for you BB too....

Kelly, do you still have any left over embryos? I am thinking of you all the time.

Venus, are you ok? Have not heard anything from you for a while.

too tired this morning as Sat & Sun really made me exhausted.
i stopped bleeding on mid nov. but after a week, i start seeing red again. i wonder is it "m come" .......i asked my chinese ec . she said it probably is "m come" . i hope everything will back to normal.
i didn't have any embyros left . so .... i guess i will try natural first for a few months? .......don't know.... i wish i can hear God's guidance.

Yim Yee,

我記得我上次bingo時,常會覺得個肚扯扯下。剛過去的cycle,排卵後三天我也有這感覺,m來前一天,醫師都覺得我好似有左,我覺得排卵後三天,即著床後,個肚可能會有感覺的。除了扯扯下除,我又覺得有分泌、易餓、易累。你即管以此作參考,但不要盡信,因為每個人的情況和感覺都不同的。

我最近都無乜特別,開始了新一輪的針灸和中藥,水腫又再消退了,我發覺當我停食去濕的中藥和中灸時,我的水鍾又再重臨,我估我個腎都唔係咁好,仍需調理。

上星期睇中醫,醫師教我用1g藏紅花沖水後蒸蛋或用來煮飯,她說對有bb有幫助的。我問過,藏紅花具有活血化淤、涼血解毒、解鬱郁安神的效果,合用的姊妹不妨試試。我有一位朋友,每次來經都有血塊,除中藥外,亦吃了此食療,三個月後bingo,當然,這只是我的朋友經驗,只供大家參考。

順帶一提,藏紅花極貴,我買1g要$133。

食用藏紅花要好小心,無懷孕的女士當然可以食,因為可以活血化瘀,可以調經,對清理子宮內的血塊, 積血有幫助,這樣自然對生bb有幫助,不過, 孕婦食藏紅花,可以引致流產的.所以最好o係sure未bingo時至食.

Did you chart your temperature after ET??? I measured this morning it is not high at all, only 36.50, I had a bad feeling that it may be not ok this time.

I only have a little bit brownish liquid today, and I just stay on the bed most of the time.

my temperature was not very high, around 36.6 - 36.9 after ET, haven't reached 37 at all.....as long as your temp is higher than b4 ET, I think it doesn't matter, give it some time to rise...
